Issues with Sims 4 Game Please Help Thanks

I have been unable to Upload My Builds / Sims to My Catalogue .... for a While now.... Sometimes they won't even Save.... to My Library Even.... Or upload from in game with my lots -- so I did Repair and got this "Error" and Did the Repair 2 times with the Same thing.... I Cannot Load My game it stops Loading and just sits there ............

IF you notice I have 2 Trays.... Is that maybe the issue ?

Hello
Shut down your computer completely. Then restart the computer. log in to Origin, launch the game and see if the issue remains.

If the issue remains, go to windows update on your computer and make sure that your computer is up to date.
Then see if the game issue remains.

I have been having a lag issue really bad I never had this problem until a couple weeks later my game use to run really fine on my low settings now everytime I move the screen it starts to lag and don't want to move. I cleared out my household inventory tried moving into smaller and bigger houses and tried removing different mods but it has not been working for me to find a solution I really need someone to help me with this situation. I will post my dxidiag information below for someone to review.

Your computer is below the recommended specs. The only thing you can do now is play the game on the 32bit version and play the game on laptop mode.

It was good that you posted your dxdiag information here

You need to switch back to 32 bit mode
To do that ,
Go to Game Library in Origin . Right click on The Sims 4 picture.
Click on “Game Properties”. Click on Advanced Launch options.
Change the “When launching this Game” setting to “The Sims 4 32-bit”

Try turning off origin in-game and see if that helps. To do that, go,to Game Library in Origin . Right click on The Sims 4 picture. Click on “Game Properties”. Then untick the box that enables origin in-game

Play in laptop mode.

Try playing offline and see if that helps

Your computer is actually below minimum requirements. Your lucky it will run at all. Other tips If you have a lower end computer, lowering game settings or lowering resolution will help take some stress off your computer. Using laptop mode or windowed mode may also help. You would have to play with your computer settings and see which woks best . Own a laptop cooler if you don't own one
