The Lodge is a very nice home for Wintertime! It looks very warming and the log and brick wall textures give a very nice look and feel to the home! Very nice exterior design of the home! The roofing looks very great! The design of the entrance areas with the steps looks very creatively designed and landscaped! Nice outside areas where sims can enjoy sitting around the firepit toasting food in the outside air or relax in the hot tub. Kids will have fun playing in the treehouse, swinging on the swings and riding the spring rider, Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! The design of the bedrooms looks very nice. Very nice kitchen area! The stone wall texture gives a nice homely feel, and it is great that there is an island bar stool counter for sims to enjoy eating a meal at. Very nice windows and light filled dining area nook! Sims will enjoy the sunshine coming into the room whilst eating meals at the table. The curtains and white patterned wall look very nice there.

It's such a cute house! I'm playing with a sim who will need to have 4 children, so I would use it, only if she wouldn't have the hates children trait and probably wouldn't care giving them such a fun place to live.

For The Avant Garde Challenge, my hottie patottie, Theo Marx will be spending A LOT of time at The Red Rendezvous. Before I started, I did a slap dash job on it by changing the flooring, throwing in a few items on the first floor, and the Claw Machines on the second floor, but honestly, HE DESERVES BETTER! Theo has had a rough upbringing, so as his creator, the least I could do for him was to give him a cool, revamped space to hang out in and The Red Rendezvous DEFINITELY needed it!
Soooo, I decided to share the revamp here before the video comes out tomorrow because I'm a good egg!
Note: This does use CC (I've kept this off of the Exchange for that reason); so I've uploaded both a .sims3pack & a .package file + CC List DOWNLOAD: SFS (.sims3pack - CC should be included) | SFS (.package file + CC List)
