I completed the friend of the world aspiration with my vampire and drain life spirit did not reset the memories or relationship AND had no negative to the relationship... 20 friends at once is a pain but has it's up side apparently
No, it doesn’t work that way. It doesn’t give the memories back. It just gives the life spirit back only, and it protects the sim from vampire attack for 3 days, and then your vamp sim is allowed to bite the sim again. But this is a good vamp power when you want to fix any bad relationship or want to go back to the entire stranger with other sim.
