    Teens in The Sims 4 can work in fast foods, as baby sitters and in retail stores. But when your Sim owns a business, he cannot hire a teen. The same happens when a Sim needs a baby sitter, he cannot hire a teen baby sitter to take care of his kids.
    It would be great if a teen Sim could work in another Sim's business as it already happens to adult Sims, and also if a Sim could hire as a baby sitter a teen who works as a baby sitter!

      Honestly, I wouldn't mind having teen babysitters - although they'd have to show up when they don't have school at least.

      Precisely! They should be available for hiring during the days and time when they work.

      I would love if we could choose the elder or the teens. I would like to pay a discounted price for teens too.
