I haven't seen this posted here, so thought I'd mention I just saw on Sims VIP Twitter page that the Vampire game pack is half off ($9.99) at Amazon right now.

I just bought it and I can't wait to get home from work to play. It's perfect timing for me since I have the next 3 days off. I've been waiting for a half price sale, but didn't think it would come this soon! How will I make until 10 p.m.??

@Shuushii and @ClassicalSim I went on a site and got the bundle which includes (Vampire Pack, Backyard Stuff, and Kids Stuff) and only for 22 bucks (an extra $2 because of paypal). It was completely worth it in my opinion because those where the two stuff packs I was missing in my collection (excluding Romance, Patio, Luxury). Vampires are just amazing and I was not disappointed. I do advice going in slow, the whole experience as a whole going through the tiers can take some time and if you are like me and want humanized vampires you'd want to get the sun resistance perk asap. The fastest way to gain EXP is to Vampire Duel which is in the mean interactions. It gives you about 40%-50% of EXP and levels you up very quickly. I have a dilemma where I don't want my vampire to be overly weak due to weaknesses, yet I don't want him to be super strong.

Last year I bought a game pack, and two stuff packs (in same purchase/day) - then all 3 went on sale not long after.
( I had caved and bought them all at regular prices, esp because of the Backyard pk) !
So though it is sometimes hard to wait it out for a sale, these days I have to, because real life issues have me on a stricter-than-usual budget.

But I was happy I was finally able to get it - because of the half-price sale!
I have really liked what I've seen of some simmer's stories with them, and the wait was making me crazy!
Now I'm just waiting for a Vintage Glamour sale and I'll be all set...
