    [bSecond hotfix for MCCC![/b]

    MC Command Center Hotfix 6.3.2 for game version 1.52.100 is out!

    For anything causing a mc_cmd_center.log error, feel free to come to our Discord server and we will determine if it is also from another mod/cc that is throwing an error that MCCC is catching, or if it's an error in MCCC itself! The same is true with Last Exceptions. We have to see the log files to help at all and to do any analysis. Come to Discord. Bring your log. Help us help you, and also save a hundred comments saying the same thing on my post.

    This hotfix fixes the following issues:
    • Any MCCC command that opened a Sim Picker dialog window would throw an error and not work. This included the Pregnancy partner selection dialogs, MC Control dialogs, Relationship dialogs, etc. Also dialogs around recipes or items were broken so Favorite Drink picker or choosing buffs to add/remove. All the same issue and all fixed by this hotfix. (Fixed in 6.3.1)
    • Any clothing change that required the Sim to spin when they changed their outfit might have caused an error due to today's update. MC Woohoo functionality, in particular, was affected by this for sure. (Fixed in 6.3.1)
    • If a Toddler tried to put themselves to bed, it would generate an error. This is linked to the clothing change fixed above and had to be handled in a different manner. (Fixed in 6.3.2)
    Known Issues to be fixed in next Hotfix:
    • None. Because no logs showing any other MCCC issues have come to our attention at this point. All errors we've seen now are from the core game or other mods/cc.

    Was there a function in MCCC that unlocked career rewards?
    Before the update everything was unlocked in my game, but not now.

    Yes, there is such a function.

    Computer:MCCC > MCCC Settings > Notification / Console / Menu Settings > Console Command Settings > Build Buy Settings > BuyDebug Enabled

    If enabled, EA's Buy Debug cheat (bb.showhiddenobjects) is always enabled.

    Computer:MCCC > MCCC Settings > Notification / Console / Menu Settings > Console Command Settings > Build Buy Settings > Ignore Unlocks Enabled
    If enabled, unlockables will show-up in build buy mode always using the EA bb.ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement cheat.

    I’ve purchased a new laptop which should arrive tomorrow. I want to move sims onto that laptop. Obviously, I’m going to want MCCC on my new laptop. Will I have to download it onto the new laptop and then manually adjust the settings from scratch? Or can I move the MCCC files from my old laptop to my new one, thereby retaining all the same settings?

    I think you can just copy and paste - can't think of a reason that wouldn't work :)

    I transfered my Sims4 folder onto my laptop by copying it to a flash drive and from there placing it into the documents file on the laptop. I don't see why that wouldn't work.

    If someone were to put their Sims 4 folder onto a flash drive would they put the folder in Documents>Electronic Arts or just Documents?

    I do believe a thumb drive is the same as a flash drive. So, it should be good. I transfered my Sims 4 via the Sims3 special Plumbob flash drive I got when I purchased Sims3. :)

    The only thing you need from your old PC is the mc_settings.cfg or the other cfg files like mc_dresser or mc_tuner (only if you use them). These files contains all your settings and customizations.

    Of course you have to take care, that the other MCCC files have to be present in the new installation, but this can also be a fresh download. Doesn't matter from which source the package and ts4script files are. As of today they have to be v6.3.2, that's all. They don't have necessarily to be the files from the old PC. The source of those files are only of minor importance, as long as they are the latest version.

    mc_settings.cfg is the key.

    Sorry if this seems a stupid question but... is there a way to make MCCC create only occult NPCs?
    I'm planning an "Alien only" gameplay and it will be really awesome to have MCCC generate them instead of having to create them manually in CAS everytime.
    Console player (PS). Finally reached 1000+ hours on The Sims 4.

    Sorry, I haven't played such a scenario before, so I can only guess.

    Go through the settings in the MC Occult menu and see, whether there is something suitable.
    Computer:MCCC > MC Occult > Aliens

    By all means this one will increase the number of aliens in your game:
    Computer:MCCC > MC Occult > Aliens > Abduction Settings > Abduction Frequency > Alien Invasion

    Make a backup of your game and check it out. I don't know the possible results, so good luck.

    Hi, I think I'm having some kind of issue with MCCC. I have the Autonomous Proposals setting activated but I'm not getting any proposal from my Sim couple. Both have maxed romantic relationship. I know it's random but I've been waiting for a lot of real time days now and still doesn't happen.

    Am I doing something wrong?

    it's not I wanted a sim who didn't leave in the building to leave and it's not there. I don't get the cheat option I get all the other sims option if click on the sim either with the "hot fix" or with the new MC and yet I have all the MC packages.

    I clearned out the entire mods except for MC and I still do'nt see the cheat option on the Sim if they don't belong there

    I fixed it somehow (don't know how)

    No, there never was an option like this in MCCC. The only option available is MC Control (just as you said). I've never seen a Sims 4 mod, which allows a player to take over an inactive sim without changing households or to fully control a NPC. Closest thing I know is the "playable pets" mod, but afaik the control options are also limited there.

    It was possible in Sims 3 with NRaaS, so maybe that's what you're thinking of.
