I recently discovered that I'm actually very likely to be "skinny medium" with a low muscle rate but a medium body fat rate (different from "skinny fat") rather than a pure skinny person. My weigh is much lighter than I look, not just because of my small bone.😶
This kinda sounds like me but I do consider myself skinny fat. 😂 I'm working on gaining more muscles tho.

I think when I was younger, I loved warm milk especially during night time cuz it makes me feel so sleepy. But now I like cold milk. To be fair, I like cold everything. 🤣

Cold, or "cool" because I have dental problems, my teeth are a bit can't stand the cold.
This reminds me one thing by the way. I heard that there is a stereotype, or misunderstanding, that "Chinese like to drink hot water." In fact, I was born and raised in China for more than 20 years. The people around me drink natural-temperature water from the water dispenser (put the large bottled drinking water in/on it). Unless there is no water dispenser, they can only have the tap water and boil it. But in this case, unless the weather is cold, it will generally be cooled. But I also heard that some people really tend to drink hot water, which may have something to do with areas.
There's also a situation that the drinks that need to be heated to dissolve, such as tea and coffee, but in this case, unless the weather is cold, they will generally be cooled.

Cold pasta tends to get sticky. Doesn't matter what type it is. Spaghetti, lasagna, those little pasta shells, whatever the type, they all get sticky like glue and harder to separate into bite size pieces!
