This is literally me. From naming the the sim "asdas" to killing him in a fire. 😂 I remember I had a sim called "ftuyu" or something like that. Hahaha.

Eating delicious meals ^^ and getting that successful "yay I did something important" feeling after getting a bunch of chores done.

Like an afternoon nap? I feel like I'm the only person who can't do afternoon naps. 😂 My brain just won't stop thinking.
It helps to have a hot meal at lunch. 1-2 hours makes the rest of the day better i think 😊

My favorite times of day are slow mornings by myself, making myself a sumptuous breakfast and enjoying it without distraction and kicking back in the easy chair with my laptop and a good beverage in the evening when I'm done working for the day, for some unapologetic gaming or online reading/viewing.

I always just waltz out of the place causing me stress, I'm unfortunately cursed with dealing with disliking so many common sounds so thats the next best thing to turning on something loud and hoping it drowns out the noise, and doesn't damage hearing while I'm at it.
Find the nearest cat, and start petting it! It has been scientifically proven that just petting a cat, can help lower human blood pressure - quite helpful when you're boiling hot with anger or stressed!
