I'm gonna attempt to make this from scratch this weekend (like including the pastry dough itself). Y'all pray for me. :D

Looks nice (and hard) and kind of like a croissant
It reminds me of some Turkish delight.

Hm... I just looked up Turkish Delight. When I read Narnia when I was little, my thoughts were "Who the heck puts turkey in sweets?" but I know what it is now.

Unfortunately my only experience with turkish delight (at the time not knowing what it was) was less than pleasant.

I thought Turkish delights look like Nonya kueh but with fine sugar on top. XD

These are Nonya Kueh, by the way. They're awesome.

Sweets with turkey in it. Now that is too hilarious. :D
I do know one thing Greek candy is by far the most bland tasting treats that I have ever had. But Turkish Delights and other Middle Eastern treats are okay. The last time that I went visiting with my sister, we ate at this nice little family owned Moroccan restaurant. They had really great food there. And their tea was some the smoothest tea that I have ever drank. But I'm pretty sure that we didn't order any Middle Eastern treats that time.

    Today's Q Q is:
Are you a different person late at night than in the early morning?

Slightly. I'm like totally dumb and can just blank out at night. Hahaha. Like my brain just stops working after 5pm. :\ But other than that, I'm pretty much the same. Maybe just a bit more led back in the evening/night too.

I’m more of a morning person. I don’t get up as early as I used to, but I do prefer to get stuff done during the morning/afternoon. I’m not a fan of doing work in the evening or at night.

I'm more of a night owl and more efficient during later hours. I'm just not a morning person and the EARLIEST that I will get up is 9am. The only time I will use the alarm clock is if I have a doctor's appointment.
