I followed the instructions @bella_lazuli said and it worked. I found my problem, it was a cc file from [DFJ-kellyhb5] I don't remember the rest but I think it was "Dreamy eyes default replacement". Thank you for the help
Hello
It is good that you were able to locate and remove the cc that was causing the issues in your game
Hi! I've had the same problem as most of you, then I put out the CC and tryed which one was the problem. I came to CC Nyloa_SharpEyes_Default_BasementPatch. It worked for me and I hope it will for you as well! :)

Hello
It was helpful of you to post the name of the cc causing the issues
Hi! I have also been having the toddler vampire eyes issue. Never got around to fixing it until today. It would fix itself once they grew up, but it wasn't a fun glitch to have. Mods caused it. The two that were causing mine were: Alf-si_eyes_01_default.package and MsBlue_ExpressiveEyesDefault.package Toddlers are back to normal

I am having the same issue, and i right clicked the sims 4 game, but the repair button was greyed out! And i even removed mods too! Please help, I don't want to be stuck with this all the time.

Hello @Sizzle_Rose
You need to be in online mode for the repair option to appear. To repair the game, log into Origin and click the origin label on the top left hand side of the screen. Then click " go online" from the drop down menu. Then right click on the sims 4 picture in games library and click repair.
Thanks for the help, everyone! I've had the same problem for a while and didn't realize my default replacement eyes were the culprit. For anyone else who may have them, removing "Chisami_BrntWaffles_Pinstrucks_N1_DEFAULT-EYES.package" did the trick for me! I'm happy to see my toddler girl's eyes are a lovely green, instead of glowing fuschia.

For the eyes issue, move your whole mods folder to the desktop.
Delete the cache files
https://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/09/delete-cache-files/
Then load the game without your mods folder in it, and see if the issues remain,
