I'm probably being a bit dense here, but I can't seem to find anything relating to this issue in the S4 threads (hence this new one).
I've taken a sim from toddler, and she's now a teen. In her relationship panel, her life-size bear (Blarffy) is iconised as a friend; however, I don't want this - I need this to go away. Is there any way to remove this relationship as, if I try to do it through cheats, it doesn't do anything as far as I can tell.
Unfortunately removing relationships isn't available :c without cheats that is.
I think there is a mod that can do it.. not sure what it is through (others use it on here).
Yes Thanks for replying... you can remove relationships using the MCCC but it only applies to other sims - not toys (it doesn't show up in the relationship window if it's a toy...)
OK, had to restart the game but the relationship has now disappeared from the panel. Thanks for your suggestions!
What I did: First, used the UI cheat to set the relationship with the bear to 0,0 - then I deleted the bear and replaced it as per suggestion. Was still showing in panel so I saved the game and exited. Restarted, nothing in the panel! Yay!
Glad you worked it out, I'm just wondering why it's a problem?
Thanks It's not really a problem, just that if I have too many (irrelevant) relationships with my sim, it slows the game down somewhat Plus I like to maintain a current, up-to-date list of friends for the aspirations
