    Enter only and Exit only doors or Set Door to Enter or Exit.

    I've been watching a Dine Out Let's Play and I thought this might help with bottlenecks occurring at entrances.

      I think it would be cool if a sim entered through the exit door (which only a controlled sim could do) they would get a +1 confident moodlet that has a title like "Total Entrance Rebel" or something a bit more clever. I think it'd be a nice touch as I used to do that all the time as a kid. This door idea should definitely be implemented in a free update though.

      That might be neat for businesses like resturants.
