First one is my newest build for Monte Vista, the interior isn't even started yet so I've just shown the outside!

This one is for the little area with all the red houses in Aurora Skies. The exterior is very simple, which seems to kind of be the point with those houses, but I really like the funky and cosy style of those houses, great for families.
The last one is one I built a while ago in Hidden Springs, it's kind of designed to be a party/ YA female house.
Acouple of years ago I used to build like crazy and every house on my game were my own, by now I am just downloading and re-decorating but I will leave here some pics from my last Project in Versailles, the palace and some other buildings I made for the world... and ofcourse the functioning bistro
I can play at last TS2 TS3 and TS4 So great that toddlers are here!!!
@Odonata68 thankyou, it has been a six+ months work but now I am quite satisfied with it, actually it is a fully functioning resort so every sim in that world can spend some days in that wonderfull place

@junceda Wow, six+ months! You definitely have more patients that I do. I might finish a build in six months only because I take several months off from building.
Woooah those buildings are amazing, @junceda . Straight out of the Renaissance, I love the Sims clothing, all of it just fits together so well, what world is that in? Six months is crazy, I could never have that much patience.
It´s Versailles world, I downloaded it unfinished from @FreezerBunny and spent a lot of time and work to finish it
The palace itself is in one lot but all the sorrounding buildings and fountains take 12 more lots and another 12 for the gardens, and you know how it works, you think it is ok just how it is and then you think changing this and that it will be more accurate and that takes you to change some other details and so on...
The world is quite pretty and it has a period look that I realy like, it has been great building downloading and decorating for it

@junceda Wow you did a super job. It looks amazing. It must have taken a lot of work and time. I am sure you are having fun playing in it. It is nice when you find that special world and it works for all your needs.
@cwaddell Those adjoined townhouses are super cute! I really like that you've made the other places inaccessible like the way EA does actual apartment blocks too, really cool design!
Hey every1---just thought id share what ive been working on lately... I wanted to design some sleek houses perched on the hills in Oasis Landing so here is the first one so far still needs some landscaping and furnishing ect

I think Oasis Landing is perfectly suited for the types of houses i like building. I hope you guys are having as much fun in your towns and cities
Here are some more pics much further along now but, I'm not close to done decorating it yet.
For this home it was of utmost importance that it blend in with the already excellent surroundings, so sleek design was highly necessary. Every single room has tons of windows and natural light but they still maintain a lot of privacy due to the homes awesome design. I have moved a test sim in and for testing and with a few tweaks here and there i finally have the house running at a smooth 50+ fps. "Who said Modern Houses have to be boring squares?"
I did not show the "bonus" Gaming Room that i built into the side of the hill as its not furnished yet.* Hope you like it!
There are also plans for a indoor outdoor workout area underneath the house overlooking the pool.
I look forward to sharing more pics and perhaps doing some lets plays in the coming days and weeks. I am off for a real life vacation in a few days but will be looking forward to sharing more and perhaps doing some R rated Lets plays when i get back! Happy simming everyone!
There are some great builds here! I know it's been a little while, but I'm gonna post some more pics and maybe more people will see the thread and post their build/buy creations.
I remodeled the Al Fresco Street Market so it would fit a more medieval style and put it in Dragon Valley.
Here's the original:
I tend to take tons of WIP pictures but forget to take completed pictures so most of these are without all the landscaping and finishing touches, some are not completely furnished either..
Three Trees when it was a WIP, I should take finished pictures, I have it in my town right now.
The reason for the name is it literally has three trees growing in the house.

This is the house I tend to plop my Simself, I love the set up..

Witch House, before landscaping...
One I never finished...
My Wedding Chapel..
Inside:
Upstairs:
Outside reception area:
Night views, Side and Front:
A Castle I never finished...I had great plans for a rooftop garden thus the grow rugs.
