Sims not transforning into vampires

So I had 3 sims be transformed into vampires. Sim 1 received notification that was transforming and received dark form and thirst. Sim 2 got notification that was transforming and I saw her glow and be lifted into the air so I made her go to the mirror to edit her dark form but she didn't have one so I went back to game and I opened her needs and didnt see thirst. Sim 3 received notification but I was too distracted to see him tranform when I checked his needs he also did not have thirst

@rosemow Sim 2 just became a vampire and Sim 3 still has the no appetite moodlet so re-entering my game probably fixed it
UPDATE: I went to the mirror again and clicked edit sim when I entered Sim 2 wasn't a vampire and I came back and she didn't have vampire energy or thirst and then she transformed into a vampire again, the mirror is probably resetting my game or something, my sims are living in Vlad's mansion

It can take three days for sims to fully become vampires,

@Rosemow Yes, I know my sim was about to transform I had seen both their dark forms and the hissing but when I went to the mirror it reset but when I didn't go to the mirror both continued to be vampires

After your sims have fully transformed, choose "change sim" when going to the mirror and you can then alter their dark form.

If you continue to have issues with the mirror resetting them, try having them travel to another lot and then back again. Then test to see if the issue remains.

I had that problem at first and yes the mirror and dresser are bugged you need to edit them from manage worlds menu
