Adoption/pet store/vet/dog grooming store mini mall

If we are getting pets, can we get an Adoption/pet store/vet/dog grooming store mini mall? You go in the door and there is a desk for adoption kind of like the desk for dining out where it brings up an adoption menu for you to choose from. in other areas/rooms there are stores for the various pets maybe one for dogs, one for cats, ect. In another room, there could be a vet to take your small animal to if it becomes sick ect. and they do house calls for larger animals. In another room there could be a grooming station where a sim cleans or trims you pet or does house calls to clean your horse, put a special potion on it to make it buttery clean, adds ribbons maybe. I personally loved Graham's Pet Store in S3 and would really like to see something of the sort with this pack/EP.
