You can remove skills etc. after you download, using cheats in live mode - place and play, use the cheats, go back into CAS, save back into your library. There's a well-organized list here: https://simsvip.com/sims-4-cheats-codes/#Traits If you run into anything you want to change that your aren't seeing there, just ask - there's been a lot of stuff found recently that might not have been added there.
