hi so lighting mods is something i recently found out about and i fell in love but i seem to only find brntwaffles ones and a outdoor tweaks mod but is there anymore other ones? if so it would be awesome to know about and try in my game!

@GaiaHypothesis thx for telling me about this mod but i already knew about and i kinda dont like it it makes my game pretty wierd looking but thx again!

I have been using Buhudain's V5.6.55 lighting mods .

For the color setting I don't remember which one I'm currently using but thinking of going to one of the black night mods, if I'm not already using one.

For the weather settings I use more sunny + no aurora.

For the lighting settings I use less bloom.

For dynamic shadows I use dynamic shadows + smaller sun and moon.

ETA: I had to remove aminovas' star field because it made the stars and moon gigantic. I should have read the warning that other environmental mods conflict.

nice mods you are using there @cwaddell this really looks intresting and there is alot of chioces i dont know what to choose!

I use the same mod as @Simasaurus09, and it is REALLY beautiful, but I have an old fashioned style harvest moon, and I use ShojoAngel's starfield because I prefer smaller stars.
I've also used Buhudain's lighting mod before and it is really nice as well. ( I did, however, swap mine out for Nilxis's mod, as I like it much better )

@Simasaurus09 I've decided to try a lighting mod and decided on the links you provided, but that Weather folder from your first link has INI files and everything. What should I do with those? Do they go in the mods folder, too or elsewhere? Do I need those?

It's been forever since I've made a lighting mod, but here is an edit of Nilxis's ini files that should provide brighter lighting at night. Let me know if it doesn't work or anything else. I'm definitely out of ts3 lighting mod practice haha.

@brntwaffles ... uh, do you take other requests? Because I love Nilxis's lighting mod as is, apart from the water. It IS lovely, not to say it isn't, but it's too dark blue for me. I would have liked Sunlit Tides or Isla Paradiso water. I looked into changing it myself, but the more tutorials I read, the more confused I got, and all of them seemed to assume that I would know what I was doing. Which I don't

Would you please consider doing that? Or if not, point me in the direction of a step by step tutorial ( if you know of one ) about changing water colour for dummies?
