Sims Medieval Won't authenticate SOLVED

I just bought the Sims Medieval from Target and installed both the Sims Medieval and the pirates pack with it. Everything downloaded and installed fine. I went to start my game and it's telling me this now.
I'm on hold with Origin help, but they are rarely help. Usually my fellow simmers are more helpful and Origin usually directs us here to the forums anyways. Can anyone help me with this?
