ComboBreaker badge?

The combo breaker badge or as called Meal-Deal in picture name is a badge I've always wondered how people could get unless they try it really early in their forum stay. Has anyone managed to get it that easily?

Because by the looks of it, getting a profile picture and multiple comments with likes insightful and awesomes to get the badge seem advanced. It's almost rare to see. So is there actually any way for people who already have the old badges to get it or have they missed out?
