Help with The Sims Castaway Stories

So I have this game on disk and decided to try and install it on my laptop (Windows 10). It runs the install wizard, asks for the code on the booklet, and installs. I didn't look at the readme and just said quit. Now, it created no desktop shortcut. When I search for the game, there is no result. It's in the program list, where I go to uninstall things. It's also in my C drive under Program Files (x86) under Electronic Arts.

Is there a file I can make a shortcut for on my desktop to run it? Has anyone else had this problem?

By default the game doesn't make a shortcut. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims Castaway Stories\TSBin\SimsCS.exe and create a shortcut, make sure to move the shortcut to the desktop. You can also use Windows Key + R and type in SimsCS to start the game.
