    Modifying the 'TLC' Trait from City Living

    Been playing CL all day and I was wondering if it'd be possible (by me or another) to modify the TLC trait in CL so that you can gradually fix/upgrade/clean/replace items that then gets rid of this trait? Kind of like the opportunities in The Sims 3 you'd sometimes get when moving in.

      I know of an apartment with that trait. I will see if I can change it and let you know if I do.

      TLC is one of the traits that can not be removed according to carl's Guide

      You could enter build mode and bulldoze maybe, then rebuild.

      AFAIK the issue is that the trait itself does nothing. What causes the issues are special rat and cockroach spawner objects, as well as the fusebox; those objects can't be deleted.

      It might be possible to add interactions to the objects themselves to slowly fix the issues, but I didn't look at that yet.
