    Where is she? I live in the Spice area of the city, and no matter how many times I call her, she never comes. Is she in another part of the city? Want to get the set on my new sim =(

      Try very early in the morning or around 7 in the evening. I live in the Spice area and she came and was standing by the mailboxes close to the elevator. I had to call her twice but she came at like 630 am.
