City living old save file issue

Since I installed the new expansion, when I try to go back to my main save and select a family to play, it kicks me back to the world selection screen. Any family I pick, even the premades, cause this to happen. So far I've took out all mods, reset the folder, and repaired the game. No luck. Anyone else having this issue? The patch didn't seem to affect it, just the install of the expansion.

I am sorry that you are having this issue.
Try coming completely out of the game. Then go back in again and try starting a new save game and test to see if the issue is occurring in the new save game also.

I had McCommand Center in my game. Taking it out allowed my households to be played. So, take that mod out if you have it. If not, then I recommend taking out mods one by one and seeing if anything changes.

Check the update for MCCC; it might now let you load your game.

I have all my mods uninstalled, including MCCC, and it's still doing it. I even restarted the whole computer. It seems to be contained to that one save, which makes me a sad simmer. This will be the 3rd time I've had to redo that legacy. Bummer.

There has been a hotfix version of the mod released. It would be good to remove the old version and download/instsll the new version.
