Hello! Not sure if this would go here, but it can always be moved Anyways, I'm pretty awful at building. I just want to know if all of you out there who are amazing builders got there out of practice or if you're just natural builders Thank you!
I don't consider myself an "amazing" builder, but I have made some decent builds. It all came with practice. You have to get used to how things work, keyboard short cuts, and most importantly, playing with the Sims 3 camera and a mouse.

It comes mostly with practice. This is my first TS4 build (note that I was an avid builder in both TS1 and TS2, so not completely inexperienced):

Over time I've also really come to like landscaping in this game:
I also wrote a few building guides, you can find them here (I still need to translate the last one). I also have a few freeform challenges that correspond with those guides, if you'd like to practice, you can find those here (I've only put up the first 3 of the 7 - again I still need to translate).
