Try removing the filter for female in CAS. It could be that the creator didn't tag the dress properly;
You can fix this is with Sims 4 Studio.
make sure your game is closed then open the program. Choose My Custom Content and when the new screen opens find your file name on the right. Once you choose your file, the dress will appear in the middle of the screen. On the right look for the option for Fashion Choice, check female. I think it asks a couple of questions, agree to them, then go the bottom of the page and press the save button. Next time you open your game the dress should appear.

I checked these objects in S4 Studio and the vault is tagged as a nightstand and should be found under that category. The pizza box is tagged as 'children decoration' and you should find it there. Or you can try to type: Pizza Box or Vault Safe End Table in the search field. You have custom content enabled and you put the files in the Mods folder, right? Just to be sure.

Unfortunately, the only links I have found for Caramelize are in that first Wambam Simfileshare Archive on the first page of this post and the items you are looking for are not included. I did try another search tonight and was not able to turn up anything new. Sorry.

There is a program called Universal Bypass that goes around adfly and the like. https://universal-bypass.org/install
Glad I could help! I didn't use to mind when people used Adfly but now Adfly wants you to accept cookies and it has more pop-ups than ever.
