Getting the Haunted House?

I just recently got Freeplay, and I saw that there are some videos showcasing the haunted house reward that was available with the old ghost hunting challenge. Is their any way to unlock it for a new player? Also, does the hearse come with it, or must you buy that separate? Thanks.
