For me, it isn't that my opinion changed. It's a case of excitement that a new pack is coming out and then after the initial excitement, you start to ask questions. I already preordered the EP and I'm excited no matter what, but at the same time I have questions and hopes about what exactly I can do in the game. Can I build an apartment? Can I use elevators in other builds?
I do agree that I would have liked other life states, but I wanted apartments too. TBH, what I really want is Into The Future (and/or past) since we really didn't play that long before they came out with Sims 4.
I like to ask questions before any money changes hands. It's still my contention that some players are assuming things or hoping for things and they aren't going to be there.

Am I the only one who's slightly obsessed with the boy on the left? He's so gorgeous!
Like when I first seen Joaquin in the GTW pics and videos before it came out hoping he was available for us to download. Yeah I feel the same about this guy too.

As someone who likes to build and experiment I've found quite a lot of interesting new objects, build and buy,in the video. If I can use those penthouse and basement windows in my builds in other worlds I am part sold. I like the carpets too and the festival flag bunting from light to light.
I wonder if those fireworks are buyable and we could use them the same way as in "The Sims?" (dark thoughts of setting them off in a sealed room with love rivals)!!
It looks nice but your rule is still limited if you can't create your apts as you could in Sims 2. Imho there is good and bad issues with CL. I guess there is going to be a limited amount of complexes to choose from looking at the way that CL was designed. However for others it might be a boon but for me this EP shows it restrictive side.
Where did you find more info on this? Did they post another blog or anything?
Guess I fell into that old trap and went off another post but if this this the case my post will still stand.
Whaaaa! I want more info!! *throws tantrum*
Seriously, was just wondering if something else had been shared that I missed. Though if it's what you're saying, I don't want to hear it.

I hope fireworks are buyable. They would be so fun to play with in the other worlds, and it would be a fun family activity.

Maybe. I think that all depends on what the player wants. I've been happy with the game thus far even though my game play has varied from time to time. At least I can play Sims 4 when Sims 3 was so glitchy that I gave up on playing or had to start over all the time. Heck, I'm happy I can play without issues!!
