I have been seeing some threads with links to posts saying about EP 3- Life in the City.
I have no way of knowing if this is really the theme, but I have a theory it is, because:
-The pictures of Create a World Petition- they're everywhere. Maybe EA is going to add that, and creating worlds and cities fit in this EP theme
Now, I know this is only ONE reason, but I feel that EA actually is listening to us, because of this.
Reply what you think about this.
Do you think this is a rumor? Is it true? Do you like the idea of a City EP? Do you hate that idea because you wanted toddlers so dang much?

I hope it's not a rumor, because it would be a great addition to the game.
Until we get further information from the Sims 4 team, I can't say much really.
I hope it isn't a rumor either, this WOULD be a great addition to the game.
I didn't say that you said that it is true.
And yeah, I'm kind of excited.
I hope it is similar to the thread I posted a while ago, "Urban Sims". That'd be a dream come true!
Either way, I'm pumped!
Haha, I think most of the Simmers are excited!
Obviously not, but it's listed on a official government agency.
Actually it is connected with EA, because they sent the product to be analysed by the rating board.
1)it was an a RATING site. 2)it was taken down so 1+2=3 NOT a rumor.
They close false threads, and move correct threads.

A listing for the game does confirm its existence since the ratings board acts as a government agency for Brazil. It's even been published in a journal by the country's National Justice Secretary along with a note saying that EA sent them a copy of the pack for classification on August 10. This is pure gold.
If it has been RATED...in ANY country..means it's OFFICAL with or WITHOUT word from EA. RATED=Offical. Espically not when a DEPARTMENT of that country has literally gotten their hands on the SAID EP..FROM EA..
SimGuruDrake or any SimGuru that might be listening in on this. Could you please chime in and remind fans that this is just more speculation. Because some players are believing that this is real when it hasn't even been confirmed by a Sims Team member yet.
IF it's rated it means it HAS to be real or why else/how else could the deparment have gotten sent a copy of the EP? The only time EA EVER sends ANY country a copy of an EP of any sort is to that they can rate the actual EP
