    What do you think about this "leaked" EP03?

    Hoax or real? What about the tropical beach concept leak a while ago? (http://simsvip.com/2016/08/12/sims-4-object-designs-concept-art/) Does that mean the EP team is working on multiple EPs at the same time?

      Concept art can be done at any time -- doesn't mean it's going to be used right away. Maybe they've got that on the drawing board for a future EP or GP.

      If this is a real leak and not just wishful thinking, it'll be good -- city life means apartments, and apartments are definitely needed.

      That looks suspiciously like a pack along the lines of 'destinations' but the idea of creating hotels, haciendas and penthouses along a shoreline certainly appeals to me. I need rentals. We have a defunct gallery category called RENTALS...which means its meant for something workable, right? Right?

      Rentals is used in the Outdoor Retreat GP from January '15. It's broken in the Gallery rather than not-yet-used. (It used to work.)

      I know what its for, but it doesnt work, they havent fixed and and they havent removed it, so, its meant for something workable - to me I can extrapolate that they are going to fix it, not necessarily for OR but possibly for something important enough to warrant keeping it there because eventually it will actually be needed.

      I hope the leak will turn out to be true.
      But if it was 'a city life', what would that be like?
      Apartments ? Downtown, the style of which is like the one in the sims 2?

      The concept is interesting but im still a bit disappointed. Well actually, this isn't confirmed yet so I'll reserve my judgement until then.

      With Sims 4 being a closed world game there's no other choice but to have a Sims 2 style world for this one.

      • EP03: Downtown
      • GP04: Beach Destination
      • Bundle Pack 4 (SP07 + SP08 + GP04)

      If this is for real I would probably throw up from excitement. City expansions are my favorite expansions especially since I live in one. I'm kinda curious about apartments though and if they'd take the Sims 3 or the Sims 2 route.

      Hopefully they take the Urbz route. Best apartments in The Sims to date.

      Apartments and Downtown is a must and maybe some other stuff that comes with city life like more darker night clubs, I myself would like them to think of adding vampires and celebrities to it but I know a lot of people would dislike it :| but yes they might make it like a city life with Apartments and Downtown.
