Erm... I think my Sims are broken... (Playstation 3 Edition Problem)

So... I'm having a couple of problems with two of my Sims...
My lovely power couple Jessie and Alex are in a house with 4 other Sims (The other 4 are fine... For now, anyway...), but I first had a problem with Jessie. In game, on her Wishes panel, it looks fine. When I go into the Status Panel, the wishes disappear, and I can't can't cancel the wishes, only accomplish them or leave them there to never be touched.
With Alex, it only started yesterday. He got promoted to Rock Star, and as soon as he got home, I wanted to know when he was next working, so I went to his Career Info panel, and the space where it says when he's next working was empty, so I opened the Status Panel, and it was blank. Nothing of when he was next working.
The thing about both of them, is that if I'm in the Status Panel and I look at another Sim, then back to either Alex or Jessie, the information from the other Sim is just stuck there, offering no help. I've tried Reseting both Sims at least twice, but it hasn't worked.
I'll try to get picture of both problems up as soon as I can.
