How to kick someone out of your house?

So my sim just broke up with her boyfriend and I want to know how to kick the sim out of your house because I don't want him here since they broke up and stuff.

BTW, is this even in the right place?

One way I know works is you have to go into Manage Town and then Manage Household. From there you can choose to move the unwanted Sim into another household. I would think General Discussion would be a correct place for this.

You can go to manage households, click on the household, then move the sim out and place them into their own new household,
