Dude's First Place is a very nice home for a graduate student! Very nice exterior design, curved roofing, great stairs to upper entrance area and Sims will have fun playing basketball! The patterned fencing is very nice, and great back patio where Sims can enjoy growing plants in the gardening boxes and enjoy cooking on the bbq and eating outdoors at the picnic table. Very nice interior furnishings and layout! The windows study desk area is very nice for Sims to enjoy using the computer in the sunshine. They will have very nice outdoors views when dining at the windows dining table. The garage is great! Sims will like using the punching bag to keep fit and enjoy crafting on the woodwork table.

The interior furnishings are very nice! Very nice colour schemes of the rooms. The curtains and rose colour of the music room is lovely! Very nice black and white chequered flooring in the kitchen and very nice kitchen design! The kitchen nook areas are very nice!

This house is all about the the view. The large windows allow for lots of natural light and the interior is in muted colors so as not to compete with the view through the windows. There isn't lots of art or anything else that would take away from the view. This is a one bedroom with walk-in closet in the en suite. The first floor bathroom is accessible from outside to double as a poolside changing room. The outdoor kitchen and bar area and multiple sitting areas around the pool make an amazing entertaining space.
Very lovely modern desert home! Very great exterior design, warm desert colour, great carport and the roofing over the glass wall entry area is great! Very pretty plants and water fountain feature! The back patio areas are lovely! Very nice pool, loungers, outdoors sitting areas. Sims will enjoy cooking on the bbq and dining outdoors in the sunshine, or enjoy having drinks from the bar. The interior furnishings,layout and natural colour are lovely! The sunken sitting area is very nice! Very nice windows dining nook area to enjoy great outdoors views whilst eating meals.

Your modern dessert home looks like a luxurious place to stay. The carport in front of the front door is a nice addition. I really like the semi-covered bar area in the backyard. The large windows make the house look even more spacious. Great job!
