Adjust amount of active sims in a neighborhood.

There are 20 sims max that are (or can be) simulated in a neighborhood at any given time. One option I've wanted was to be able to raise that number. That way, more sims will be walking around and visiting the active lot.
I picture it like a slider in the game options with 20 being the minimum, then maybe 50 or 60 being the max. Or just in intervals of 10. So for people with lesser systems that can handle simulating 20 sims, it works, but more powerful machines could be able to simulate more, making neighborhoods and lots even more lively and populated than they are.
I don't know how easy or hard that would be to implement, or if it would have any major performance affects though. Just an idea
