I'm in my game, my sim needs a bit of money.

CTRL+SHIFT+C has always worked previously ingame, but now it won't?

Any suggestions? Or am I just failing at doing the complete wrong buttons?

Are you unable to open the cheat box?
Come completely out of the game. Then go back in again and see if the issue remains.

If the issue still remains, repairing the game may help. To do that, right click on the sims 4 picture in Origin and click repair.

I'm glad it helped! If the issue does pop up again, would you mind checking if you can still used your other short cuts? For example opening the inventory with 'I' or checking their career with 'J'?
I've been in the same boat and when one of these short cuts didn't work neither did opening the cheat box, so I'm curious to see if it's related.
