Room ideas?

I don't know if I post this here since this is my first post, but I just got the sims 4 (I know all the controls because I've been dreaming about it for about a year and watching nonstop YouTube on it xD), and I want to make my first build an 8-sim mansion. I made the layout and the first and second floor, but I have no idea what to do for the other 4 (I think it's 4? Can you have a cellar as well as a basement? XD). Can anyone help me out? Again I don't know if this is where I'm supposed to post this xD Thanks everyone!

You can have 4 floors above ground and 2 floors of basements.

Some ideas for rooms are : Bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, gym, living room, family tv room, dining room, a study, a library, a drinks basement cellar, a man cave, or a kids play room. There could be a games room with a chess table , card table games, llama table top game, darts and foosball. Sauna, massage , yoga and meditation rooms. There could be an arcade machine games room.
