Parkshore is such a very pretty build! It is great that there are two homes in the build! The exterior design of the homes looks so very nice! Very nice tower, roofing and dormers! The colours of the exteriors look very nice. The flower box windows look very pretty! The flowers through the outdoors areas look very lovely! The layout of the build is very nice. The pathways look great! Very nice pool and outdoors dining area! The flowers look very nice on the edges of the pool, and the water fountain is a nice touch there. Sims will enjoy cooking meals on the BBQ and eating the food at the umbrella covered table in the sunshine. They will enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar. The water fountain feature in the front garden area look nice. Kids will have fun playing on the monkey bars. Very nice layout of the interior of the homes!

Seems Legit... #Victorian #vampire 3 bedroom 2 bath with study and pool. Looks like a nice normal house on the outside but inside, hmmmm.... Coffin room has room for 2 and the children's room also has #toddler bed and toys. Nice master bedroom, but who sleeps in this house? Muhahahahaaa... #marjia
The exterior design of Seems Legit looks very nice! Very nice roofing! The master bedroom and the coffin room in the interior of the home look great! Very nice purple and black colour scheme of the bedroom! The gothic theme of the furnishings looks great ! The floor and wall patterning gives a great look to the room! Very nice kitchen. The brick wall texture look great, and the floor tiling is very nice. It is great that there is an eat in area in the kitchen. Very nice bar area off from the living room. Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools there having a drink from the bar.

The layout and exterior design of Ridgemont Estate looks very nice! The brick wall texture looks great and the greenery on the walls gives a nice look to the home. The curved pathway and water fountain there looks very nice! Nice upper balcony. The windows look nice how they are placed in the bulld. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! The window sitting nooks in the bedrooms are very nice! Sims will enjoy the sunlight coming in onto them through the windows. It is great that there is an indoors pool in the build.

Your houses are beautiful; however, not something I'd personally want my sims to live in especially with the willows creek and oasis spings not being the perfect environment for those homes.
The exterior design and the layout of the Beach House looks very nice! Very nice roofing! The wraparound porch looks very nice! The pink flowers either sides of the front steps look pretty! Very nice shape of the pool. The layout of the interior of the home looks very nice. It is nice that the master bedroom is on the ground floor.

The exterior design of Dawn of the Vampire is very nice! The roofing looks great! The white stone brick wall texture and the black windows look very effective together! The black barren trees in the front garden and the thorny brambles on the exterior walls suit a vampire home well. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! The basement level looks great ! The coffin room is very nice. Nice gym room for sims to enjoy using the fitness equipment to keep fit. The bar and games room is very nice. Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar there and have fun playing foosball.

Fireside Cottage is a very warm and homely looking cottage home! Very nice exterior design of the home! The exterior wall texture looks nice. The rocks and plants on the edges of the home add a very nice look to the build. Very nice water fountain pond! The outdoors dining, bar and pool areas look very nice. Sims will enjoy relaxing on the hot tub, The layout and furnishing of the interior of the home looks very nice!
