Each of your homes look very nice! It is great that some of them have only used base game items in them. All simmers will enjoy having those homes in their games. Very nice exteriors designs of each of the builds! The roofing looks so nice! The flowers in the English Family Cottage build looks so pretty!

Country Craftsman is very pretty! Very nice exterior design of the home! The layout of the build looks very nice! The flights of steps in the outdoors looks very nice the way they come off the porches. The blue and white colour scheme of the exterior looks very nice. Very nice roofing! The dormer and the front porch look great! Very nice side pool patio. Sims will have fun swimming in the pool or enjoy relaxing poolside on the seating. The plants look very nice lining the edges of the front pathway. Very nice layout of the interior of the home!

Colonial Mansion

Elegant Mansion has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, Study and Full basement including media room and home gym. Garage and Pool. Upstairs Loft looks out over the Grand Entrance to the house. Workshop and laundry in the Garage. Fully Furnished with many activities included.

The exterior design and layout of Colonial Mansion looks very nice! Very nice roofing and the columns look very nice how they are used in the build. The open shutters windows look nice . Very nice front porch! Nice outdoors living and pool back patio. Sims will have fun swimming in the pool or enjoy relaxing on the loungers or sitting at the umbrella covered table in the sunshine. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! It is nice that there is a tv, games, music and bar basement level. Sims will enjoy resting there on the seating watching tv whilst listening to the piano being played. They will have fun playing card table game and enjoy having a drink from the bar. The garage is great!

Fountainview Penthouse

I tried to make something that matched the building. The elevator room took me almost an hour, fooling around with the mailbox and the trash shoot and the elevator and double glass door to the unit. LOL It turned out rather nice, and you can download it from my gallery.

Both Fountainview Penthouse and Californian Mansion are very nice homes! Very nice exterior designs of the homes! The windows look very nice how they are placed in the builds. The penthouse complements well with the rest of the building. The planter box windows look very nice. Very nice outdoors pool and hot tub patio. Sims will have fun swimming in the pool, relaxing in the hot tub or resting on the armchairs poolside under the umbrella. Very nice layout of the interiors of both of the homes. The roofing of California Mansion looks very nice! The front water fountains feature is pretty. The tall trees look very nice in the build. Very nice back patio outdoors dining, bar and pool patio. Sims will enjoy cooking on the BBQ and eating meals at the umbrella covered table in the outdoors air.

Beautiful builds! I like the luxurious look of the California mansion, and that it is basegame compatible. I remember when I had only the basegame, it could be difficult to find homes that didn't require any expansions - and the fact that I didn't know how to use # tags didn't help! I love the design, palm trees and pool area at the back, it overall reminds me of the sunny California I've seen on TV!

Your new penthouse looks great and it fits the style of the building really well! I would spend a lot of time in that pool area if I got to live there! I really liked to take a evening stroll through your gallery, your builds are dream homes!

Casa Del Sol is a modern 4 bedroom 3 bath mansion with beautiful landscaped back yard. It's spacious and easy to play.

Ugh. You are so talented! I love them all!!
I wish I had the patience and creativity to build homes! I mean.. every once in awhile I'll get in the mood to build but it will usually leave me frustrated and I won't be finished until like a week later.

Very nice outdoors dining patio area! Sims will enjoy eating meals at the table there in the outdoors air. The side flowers and plants beds look very nice and the water fountains feature looks pretty! Very nice pool deck. The water fountains look nice in the middle of the pool. Very nice design of the interior kitchen. The cabinets look very nice how they are placed on the kitchen walls. Sims will have nice views of the outdoors through the windows whilst preparing meals. The island bar stool counter looks great.
It is a very nice home!

Winter Village is such a pretty winter's town! It is a warming and homely scene .The Village Church looks so very nice! The Church steeple and the rock wall texture looks great, and Santa gnome in his sleigh with his reindeers is a nice touch! The village homes look very nice in the build. The red and yellow exterior wall colours add a nice touch of the colours in the midst of the white wintery colour scheme of the bulld. The terrain paint curved road pathway looks great! The lit white tree is very nice there.
The exterior design and layout of Suburban Country looks very great! Very nice roofing! It is great that there is a garage in the bulld. The flowers look pretty in the front garden areas. Nice pool and outdoors dining patio. Sims will enjoy dining poolside at the umbrella covered table in the outdoors air. Very nice furnishing and layout of the interior of the home!

The roofing on the Remington looks very nice! The greenery on the exterior walls gives a nice look to the home, and the flowers look pretty placed along the front edges of the home, The pond and water fountain feature in the front garden is pretty for Sims to see when outdoors at their home. The flowers and plants look nice on the edges of the water and the pink flamingo is a nice touch there. Kids will have fun playing on the monkey bars, Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home!
It is a very nice family home
