Does anyone know what the rules are regarding a Sims 4 video with copyrighted songs is? I see people do them all the time but I'm curious what you have to do to make sure you follow the copyright and not get your video taken down?

I want to do a video with a P!nk song as a tribute, but before I go through all the trouble I just wanted to see what all I need to consider first! I'm mostly a Let's Play/Speed Build kind of simmer so this is new to me! Thanks in advance!

Hi! If you go to your Youtube creator's profile and select 'Create > Music Policies', you can then search for the song you want to use and view what the policy is associated with that song. In most cases, the artist does not allow monetization if you use their songs as a background music without permission.
