"Multi-tasking" for lots

This has become necessary after the latest addition to the list of venues now available, namely restaurants. Given the paucity of available lots we need the ability to place more than one type of venue on some of the larger ones (like those in Newcrest and Windenburg) or we're going to have to bulldoze more residential lots - which will result in an improbable venue/residence ratio. That or a new Newcrest please. And while I'm shooting for the moon any chance of extending the way restaurants operate to include cafes? Maybe with a reduced menu?
We also need a specific lot type for weddings. And a cinema. And a graveyard. And.....

I would love it if there was combination lots like a bakery with a restaurant or like a store with a live in loft upstairs without the need to have a home lot and a store lot
