Full face make up on sim whilst in bath with soaks

Is anybody else seeing a full face of make up on their sims in the corner where their moodlets are whilst they are taking a bath with soaks?

My sim was having a bath with citrus soaks and on the bottom left corner pane he had some white and pink costume make up, the second time he had a frankenstein type make up. In the bath he had no make up or cucumber eyes at all, just in the little preview pane.

Hello.
I am sorry that you have had this issue.

Just to check to see if it may help try doing these things.

Do you have cc/mods in your game? If you do, move your mods folder to the desktop. Then start the game and test to see if the issue is still there.

Repairing the game may help. To do that, right click on the sims 4 picture in Origin and click repair.

Try resetting your sims 4 folder and see if that helps. To do that, move your sims 4 folder ( that is in Documents -Electronic Arts - then the sims 4 folder is there ) to the desktop. Then start the game, and a new sims 4 folder will be generated. Exit the game and then copy the "options.ini" and "ReticulatedSplinesView" files and the "saves" , "screenshots" "tray" "custom music " and "mods" folders from the desktop sims 4 folder to the new sims 4 folder, replacing the new generated files/ folders with the old files/folders.

Hi Rosemow,

I don't have any CC/Mods in my game and I actually just repaired the game prior to booting up for this session. Will try another repair though just to check.

It seems they no longer have the cucumber slices over their eyes and the profile pane displays different costume make up each time (just tried all 5 soaks).

Could you please also start a bug report thread about the issue on the EA AHQ site? It would helpful to start the thread and then simmers can press " me too" and /or post their feedback there on the issue.
