Most interactions are tied to the table (give up table, change table, etc)
Sims can get angry if their food takes too long, if the waiter spills it they'll bring out a new plate
Adults and kids can draw on place mats (insane and childish sims do it autonomously)
There's nectar (don't think you can make it)
They said they did a pretty good job of fixing musical chairs in restaurants
No getting juiced or effects from nectar
No word on new traits/restaurants
No new world, lots of premade restaurants
Wanted to focus on managing, so you can't be a waiter/chef/etc, you walk around and make sure other are doing well, having a good time, clean up, etc
I'm amazed the Sims team did it this actually looks great my only complaint is the star over customers heads not a fan of goals always seen goals even worse.
Sims 4 went from "You Rule" to "One of the stories we want you to tell"
Just the interacts seem much same as we had before...basically talking. No new intimate table interactions, no proposal. Should have given us the option to be the chef or waiter (didn't need to be a intractable career, they could have went into automatic mode) Even the management interactions aren't anything new, just what we had with get to work. Also silly things like having a bar in your restaurant doesn't earn you money. It's an "independent contractor" as they described it.....which is basically spin for we forgot/couldn't be bothered/didn't think about that. But really whole of sims 4 feels flat to me, so for me its just more of the same.
