Will this desktop play sims 4 Help plz

Hi all. I need help. I'm getting my niece a pc to play sims 4 and I was wondering if this will be ok for her. I can't spend much and was wondering if a MSI Nightblade MI B85 Intel® Pentium® Processor, 8Gb RAM, 1Tb HDD Hard Drive, Nvidia GT740, PC Gaming Desktop. Would it play sims 4 ok? I would normally ask my friend but he is away on holiday. My niece is not a heavy gamer. She's never had her own pc before so it will be her first. Any info would be very appreciated.

I know that it's not a full on gaming pc. But will it play sims 4 ok? What setting would the sims play on? I've looked around in my area and anything higher in price is just too much. Especially when it's a gift and her first desktop. It will only be for sims 4 base game. My Niece is 13 and doesn't have a job, so I can't see her buying all the packs. I'm worried about spending too much as I know how clumsy she is with tablets and mobiles.

This game is very cpu heavy and the gt 740 is not the best card and under requirements

On desktop
Processor you need intel i5 or AMD FX series
Video Card Nvidia you want GTX card not GT or an AMD equivalent

Do you have a budget and what country? Are you in the UK?

Thanks for the help guys. I've spoke to my friend Tom and his back off holiday tomorrow so his going to help me. His a computer nerd and plays heavy gaming so I'm going to leave it up to Tom to find me one. He builds his own PCs so he should be able to Nudge me in the right direction.
