I didn't actually apply to Uni before her programming skill was at least lvl 5, because then you're sure to get the distinguished degree. It's hard to measure levels as a freelancer, but she got a 950 Simolions signing bonus when taking the job, and the top gigs offered pays roughly 7000 for one day's work. Tho that also partly depends on your programming skill, not only degree.
@DeafSimmer I've been against the Xander-Rosalie relationship from the beginning. Since then, I've been trying to see if he has any redeeming qualities and I'm pretty sure the answer is absolutely not. He only gets worse. I can't wait for the divorce. I only hope that Rosalie is able to get away safely and quickly.

Thanks again for your comments. Several people have suggested that Deli in my save become a mermaid. I thought of it too, but she’s such an analytical sim that I don’t know if she’ll go for it. There might not be time. She’s brooded over the pros/cons of being a vampire forever and she’s still not finished with that.
Honestly, I don’t know much about occults. I’ve had the Sims since the beginning, but this is my first time playing with vampires. I’ve never played with any occults before except I created a PlantSim once in Sims 2, but that was about as far as that got, and in the Sims 3, I had 3 witches (a couple and their child). I’ve never touched aliens or anything else. I’m slowly opening my mind.
@AlwaysAsking Thank you for addressing my many questions, but I already have another. Is it Mary-Alice or Mary Alice? Either way, it’s a fitting name for a pure and self-sacrificing sim.
I’m very invested in what will happen to Don and Thorne. I don’t like what Don did, but I can understand it. It happened a long time ago. He was young and selfish and dumb. I think he deserves to be punished, but not like this.
I’m looking forward to seeing more of what Thorne’s up to because I don’t understand him at all. If Mary Alice is pure-hearted, then abusing Don in this way is not for her as she wouldn’t want that to happen to anyone?!? I think Thorne abused Don because he’s an evil sadist who wants to hurt someone badly and he’s using Mary Alice as an excuse to do just that. Ironically or not, Thorne is talented at hurting those he pretends to support (first Don, now Mary Alice through his “revenge,” and soon the baby—purposely traumatizing the other parent hurts the child).
In my save, there are many things that have yet to be explained. Adelise’s situation is one of them. Part of it is that I started posting here four generations in (five if Asher/Adelise count as 1). While it’s nice that this creates some mystery, it’s also confusing so I’m trying to slowly flesh things out as I go along. But I will say that their relationship was arranged.
I know Asher is irritating. 😊 But I’m trying to be careful with him because everything revolves around him and he doesn’t have any real heirs. So for the time being his bad behavior can only go so far; it shouldn’t get to the point where everyone agrees that he’s unredeemable.
Thanks for your comments about the new home! It’s currently in the San Myshuno park, but I may move it. I picked that lot because it’s big and there’s a playground and other things nearby. I use a lot of CC and a lot of objects in general. The spiral roofs are largely made with CC. My hope is to add as much detail as possible without causing my computer problems. Fier Legacy Update -
Intro & Recent Past Posts in Spoiler
“Townie” Star Broke had, or at least had had a crush on Asher Fier. He seemed hardworking and was stupidly charismatic. Thus, ages ago, when she was young, she agreed to become a surrogate mother for Asher and Adelise. Adelise loved children, but Asher wanted more than she cared to be pregnant with, so while she would have preferred adoption, she was okay with surrogacy as she knew he had some unique abilities he was looking to pass on.
Perhaps sadly and despite not knowing him well (at all!), Star spent most of her years pining over Asher, as she seemed to hope he would leave Adelise and live with her… But since she was naturally unflirty, hated the thought of confessing, and never dared to do anything, much less ask Asher to divorce Adelise, she never made any progress. She didn’t even achieve disillusionment.
Before she knew it, she'd entered her twilight years. She didn’t have other relatives to live with and as she was Dawn and Dysis’ biological mother, she moved in with the Fiers.
They were glad to have her as none of them wanted to hear that the girls' bio mom died lonely and poor.
The three girls (Dawn, Deli (not pictured), and Dysis (not pictured)) still had a few days before their first university term began, so the family as a whole was still in vacation mode, but maybe not so much perfectionist Deli and ambitious Dysis. Dawn, though, was enjoying life as pictured above.
The next day, Deli wanted to get ahead so she got her course books early, and before the sun rose and before she even dressed, she went to her favorite spot on the deck to begin her homework.
As the sun was rising, her sister, Dyna, and her mother, Adelise, came to join her. After the sun rose, the three of them were still there. Deli was extremely uncomfortable and on fire, but trying to ignore it because the weather was beautiful and she wanted to be outside. Adelise forced a smile as she knew drawing attention to an obvious problem wouldn’t help—her daughter would go inside by herself soon, surely.
Dyna also tried not to say anything because vampirism and the sun were sensitive topics for Deli, but she couldn’t fake a smile. Instead, she stared at her journal, praying her sister would go inside and not just die.
Deli did go inside and she was fine, but the incident was enough to unnerve Adelise even though she was prepared for the worst sort accidents. If the Reaper came for one of her children early, she’d see that he resurrect that child immediately. This was the sort of thing that made Adelise glad to be old. The experience one gained after living more than a century was useful.
Adelise was a bit fed up at the moment, though. She went to the bar, whipped up a Sunlight Reversal Cocktail (again, more than 100 years of life gave her many skills in many things) and gave it to her daughter.
Adelise: Drink this and get dressed. Everyone’s going to the Ohan’ali Town beach. Also—I’ve never said this before and you’ll never hear me say this again, but put your homework away.
As can be observed in the background above, poor Dawn came down with something again and needed to take medicine.
They went out.
Asher and Adelise tried to bond more with their youngest, who was still a teen, so the trio fished together.
Asher and Adelise might be ancient and have skills in many things, but they’re both trash at fishing. None of them caught anything worth noting, but they had fun and an interesting conversation.
Dysis and Deli opted to swim. Deli was actually happy about it and sauntered around stoked: she was at the beach in the sun. It was totally her thing.
Dysis wondered if she should be studying. She couldn’t stay up all night like Deli and she knew that the better her grades, the better her chances of landing a great job after graduation.
Darius missed the outing because he had scouts. His scouting meeting inspired him to try grilling again as he really needed that Outdoor Adventurer badge. When everyone returned in a few minutes, he’d be ready to surprise them with perfectly grilled fruit.
He inspected things closely, but had a feeling that something might be slightly off.
Just close the lid and back away? Last time, that hadn’t worked, but now surely …
Nope, fire! Darius ran inside while his mother and sister ran out.
After the grill was ruined, Darius attempted to put the fire out.
Dawn was annoyed as she’d seen him close the lid and run away. This was the second time this had happened. Hadn’t he learned to use the extinguisher?
Watching Darius struggle and always willing to help her twin, Dyna grabbed another fire extinguisher to assist him.
Luckily, the only thing lost was the grill.
@AlwaysAsking Well, technically they can only be promoted to Medical Specialist in the game. Sports Medicine is for the story. And yes, Rebate Day is a pre-made holiday in Seasons where you get like 10 or 25 percent off any items in build mode over 500 Simoleons.

It's 3:30 in the afternoon here, but some of you have already moved on to the 15th, lol. It's great how there are so many people, from so many places, and we all get along, and have fun together! I want to thank all of you for the great times and all the support you give me!
Then I'm going to say Happy Valentine's Day through my favorite couple in the world: Ian and Lawrence!
Their story began at the Romance Festival, I'd taken my new sim (Lorenzo Dantes - a Maxis Fav) to the festival, and it was the first one I'd gone to. A sim I'd made myself, Ian Derkins, came walking past wearing a suit I would never put on him! (he's a Marine Sargent in my backstory for him - and would never wear a suit like that!) I had just purchased City Living, and knew nothing about situational outfits.
I had no idea what was going on, so I had Lawrence (I'd renamed Lorenzo) go and talk to him. I also had no idea what the tea did, and when they quickly fell in love, I figured it was fate
It turns out that I was right, they've always been perfect together, and it was the best luck I've ever had in my game!
The story unfolded in my mind as I watched them, and roughly it goes like this. They sit down to talk, and Ian tells Lawrence why he's wearing the suit. It involves taking pictures of himself, and Lawrence volunteers to take them for him.
A couple of the pictures:
They have a great time together, and build their green bar quickly, and a bit of pink as well.
Ian doesn't know how to send the pictures electronically, and Lawrence volunteers to come to his house the next day to help him do it.
The rest ... as they say, is history
My favorite thing is to watch them together autonomously, when I'm playing as someone else.

As for @Becka28 's sims, I can tell you their story. She had a townie in her game that she called "Fake Ian" (as in my sim Ian) because her's (Colton) resembled my Ian. Colton got to a point that he was looking so sad (MCCC never married him off) I suggested that she should go grab Lawrence /Lorenzo from the gallery, and see if they are as cute together as mine are.
She couldn't find the original Lorenzo, but she found one that had gotten older (someone else reuploaded him) and she grabbed him. She says Fake Ian should have a Fake Lawrence anyway! They have been adorable together - as you can see!

After the wedding party, which lasted for three days, John took Sarah Jane home to the modest cabin he had built on the Long Meadows Creek land his father had gifted him. Watching her face as they drew near, he prayed she would approve of his labor of love. Building this place, knowing she would be his wife, kept him from going crazy while they awaited their wedding day. He was just so happy to finally be able to share it with her.
Judging from the look on her face, he nearly burst with pride at his accomplishment. She loved it. John drew in a deep breath. The place still exuded the smell of freshly cut wood. He found that one of the most pleasant scents around.
As 1761 turned into 1762, Sarah Jane grew anxious.
She began to take very long, hot baths, more than once a week. This troubled John. Turned out she was upset because the only babies born into their family this year were to both sets of parents. John had a new sister, and Sarah Jane a new little brother, Samuel. Where was her baby, she wondered?
Marriages were, after all business arrangements. She was to help her husband with his chosen profession, and give him heirs. While she did manage to fill in for him, tending to their gardens, she had yet to 'catch a baby'. She hid in the bathroom, dawdling in the tub, so he wouldn't see her cry.
Come late summer in 1762, Sarah Jane began to suspect she had a bun in the oven. Finally. She was overjoyed when she learned all the signs were there and both mothers encouraged her thinking. Pretty soon, she was nearly bursting out of her pregnancy stays. Come early spring, 1763, Sarah Jane spent the entire day laboring. The midwives helped her along with both her mother and John's mother. John paced about outside, their fathers keeping him company.
At last, Sarah Jane gave birth to a healthy baby boy. They named him Joseph.
Before Joseph could walk, Sarah Jane was pregnant again. In the fall of 1764, their second son, James, was born. They called him Jamey. Jamey was about eleven months old when Sarah Jane caught her third baby.

John had joined the Militia, but they weren't paid for keeping the peace in Frederick County where they lived. So, since he'd started working in his father's mercantile after he left school, John continued doing so. Pretty soon his father made him a full partner, despite his youth.

It was a very big deal. Sarah Jane got to work baking up all manner of sweet treats, from tarts to cakes. Their oldest boys, just toddlers ran around and played for much of the time. Once in awhile Joseph would attempt to speak to the customers. Mostly it came out as nonsense, but it made them smile anyway.
John was very pleased to own this business. He was anxious to made good and truly be 'on his own'.
The place was very busy all day. Lots of Sims came into look, so that the store was very full.
At last, their first sale. Sarah Jane was pleased to ring up the customer for her husband.
After a very busy and long day, John got Joseph settled into bed.
Jamey was still quite wound up and Sarah Jane was unsure of just what he'd gotten into but the tyke needed a bath. And, oh my, was he ever exuberant. "Jamey, Jamey, you're getting Mama all wet!"
After his bath he was put to bed. John was right there to tuck in his wee sons. After such a day, and the nice bath, Jamey went right to sleep.
I FINALLY got around to buying Discover University... and made a pair of identical twins for it. These ladies are Riley (top) and Alyson (bottom). Riley is the outgoing, fun-loving, one that wants to attend all of the fun parties and join all the clubs. Aly is the highly focused over-achiever that wants to maintain her perfect GPA and be the top of her classes.

I'm constantly changing things in my mods folder, adding, removing etc., so I get confused sometimes. As I search online about it I don't find these recipes in mods lists. I hadn't ordered any pizza for a long time so I don't know since when I have these options. I also don't know how to upload an image straight from my files to show you, sorry.

I saw that everything worked out for Griffin! You had to use the cheat code for the bear phase though? Well, now that I know there is one, if one of my kids does it for more than 2 days I'll be doing that too! 😂

I love the honeymoon! Your build looks cool! How do you have it set? As Uku's house? I tried making one of my builds there be generic so I could use it as a vacation home. That works almost 100% of the time in the rest of the worlds. No other Sims would show up when I had my Sims there. It did Not work on Sulani 🤣 The place was always packed with other Sims.

A question. How did you get your new sage to dress decently? I deleted L, because I can't stand her, but the new ones who show up are dressed horribly. It was very hard to watch Travis treat Steve like that. But Steve is so smart about it. It's not easy to say "when one door closes, another one opens" when the closing is happening. Looking back you can see the good in it, fate even. But at the time I'm sure Steve would have given anything for it to stop.
You have to be mature to not hold on to hate, and it appears that Steve didn't. He's a good man. (Unlike Thorne)
Anyway, I can't quite get all of it, unless the star gazing is simply part of Steve wishing he could teach Tony to be stronger, and that the bears are a good representation of their family.
It's beautifully written, and I love the dreamlike look of the pictures. The boys look very happy together ❤️ If only their waking lives could stay so sweet.

You think Cassandra has executive dysfunction? I've barely ever played her. She got gloomy now and then, but nothing I couldn't pull her out of. But she strikes you as disorganized? Those symptoms overlap with ADHD so much that I generally think that's what someone has. And everything involved with it is so difficult to manage. I feel so sorry for my little ADHD girl who works so much harder than everyone else to excel, and she does! She got a rl A+ gpa last semester at her university!

Don't recall where off the top of my head, but when I next pop in-game, I'll save the household and check with S4TI. The formal outfit is actually a two-parter, a dress and an accessory undershirt. Lucas was fun to dress, I was basically going, "Okay, how many plant-themed outfits do I have...?" XD It could have been something other than Hot-Headed, it was more I abjectly refused to have him be vegetarian ;D I felt personally slighted, honestly! (I'm vegan.) Not 100% sure when the other kids have their birthdays! And yeah, there's six toddlers, including the Curious kids - Nani Kealoha, Evie Delgato, and the Bheeda twins. I ended up shuffling a lot of the ages around when I set everyone up, so I'm not sure when, exactly.
For Cass, that's more headcanon, honestly. In lieu of actual mental illness being represented in-game, I tend to interpret 'gloomy' as 'has depression', and that comes with executive dysfunction a lot. And yeah, it's fun XD;; I have depression and anxiety, and am autistic and possibly ADHD (I don't have a diagnosis for the latter, but I fit the criteria), so. It is a thing XD;; Congrats to your daughter! Sofia starts with high guitar skills and Diego with comedy, yeah! Comedy does seem like a weird option for him, honestly XD I can see him and Johnny having a slight friendly rivalry in my game!

I started a new game recently, and so I had to rebuild all of my lots, families, etc. I pulled forward all of my created Sims because I spent so much time on them and getting their skills up. Then I brought old game Vlad forward into my new game (because he had learned sun immunity), evicted new Vlad and moved in. I deleted new Vlad.

I agree with ryttu3k. It's your game. Play it how you want to. Save them as a family in your library so you can play it out again someday. In the meantime, go to edit mode and click delete. I know it sounds awful. But you'll know you still have her in your library for another time.
Other option: age her to young adult, and move her out. Ada is a fairy. They are nearly immortal. They live thousands of years, at least. She can have a grown daughter. And then you'll have a beautiful young woman in your game! Just don't let Don near her 😁

You're misunderstanding what I mean when I call Thorne a coward. I do not equate fear with cowardice. A person can be afraid and still choose a moral action. A coward chooses a sly action to take vengeance on someone, especially using deceit. Worse, if they deliberately deceive the victim in order to gain their confidence, their trust, so as to make the harm done, that much greater.
That is why the "confidence man" (aka conman) is the lowest of criminals. Because it isn't enough for them to simply mug someone with open aggression, or sneak in to steal from them when they aren't home...the con man seduces, forms emotional connections that are false, purposely to manipulate the loyalties and trust of another in order to do the most harm.
Don did not purposely set out to deceive that girl into believing in him, so as to make it hurt worse when he betrayed her. He didn't even know, and she didn't tell him. She should have. If she was afraid, she still should have: that would have been the brave and aboveboard thing to do: the honest thing. At least she didn't then go and do evil. Thorne, however, did great evil with great cowardice, because he plotted revenge in cold blood in a most conniving and underhanded manner, instead of openly addressing the grievance and giving the other party a fair chance to make retribution. I dare say Thorne didn't even want there to be a chance of retribution as it would deprive him of the sadistic thrill of what he had planned.
Edited to add: I don't condemn anyone for having or playing an evil, or spineless, or conniving, Sim. I have evil Sims in my games too and play around with moral questions in my stories. I could just never bring myself to cheer on a wicked manipulator no matter what their grievance was against someone. Challenge them to a fight? Sure. Have it out in the open air? Yes. But sneakily corrupt someone psychologically from the inside out, on purpose? Heck no, that's down there with Hannibal Lecter.

I'm calling him a coward for using something akin to poison instead of direct and honest confrontation. Poisoners can never be pardoned, and it's a cowardly way to seek revenge, in which manipulation takes the place of an honest fight. The only people who resort to that sort of thing (poison, or in this case, extremely toxic, elaborate, longstanding emotional manipulation with the premeditated intent of inflicting as much harm as possible in an extremely dishonest manner), are cowards, no matter what their motivation is.
It's cowardly and despicable of Thorne to use emotional manipulation as his psychological poison. In fact it's despicable of anyone, period. They do not need to feel afraid to be cowards. In fact, feeling afraid has nothing to do with cowardice. Fear is an emotion. Cowardice is a choice to do the sly, wicked thing, instead of the brave, upstanding, forthcoming thing, using fear, vengeance, convenience, anything, as an excuse.
@Nushnushganay I think this is such an interesting perspective, but I don't think it's fair to say that all manipulative behavior/poison is cowardly. I can't stand Thorne, either. But if Rosalie were to poison Xander or to manipulate him into thinking she still likes him and just disappear, I would applaud her.
It would be unfair to expect her to have an "honest" confrontation with him given their strength difference. She'd probably only be beaten and put her/her children in a worse position. People who are physically disadvantaged should be able to play to their strengths too. Acknowledging that you're weaker in some ways and using other tactics doesn't make you a coward, it makes you smart and more likely to accomplish your goals. Lying and manipulating someone to get out of a dangerous situation shouldn't necessarily be considered worse than confronting if realistically the chances of the confrontation going well are slim. Otherwise, obviously more men will be able to claim honesty while lots of women will be cowards by default because they don't have a real option of confrontation.
Anyway, I'm slowly working my way through The Legend of Forgotten Hollow and I'm enjoying it so far. I like how thoughtful it is.

A few days ago, Steve invited Thor over to talk about getting setting Tony up with a professional psychiatrist. The panic attack he had and the nightmares that came in afterwards left Steve very unsettled.
"He seems fine. Right now. Better then fine, actually. He seems almost normal... But I keep waiting for something to go wrong," he explained. "I feel like anything can happen to him any second and I don't know what to do to prevent that. I've read everything on psychology I could get my hands on but it's still not enough. I'm... I'm not a doctor. Even with Peter we had a psychiatrist help up to get him to talk..."
"But it wasn't the psychiatrist who eventually made him talk, it were the children of Sulani who didn't judge!"
"Look, before we moved here, I didn't even think we'd have any kind of a relationship again. I didn't think we would have another child... But Tony's my husband now. We have a family. I thought he was getting better... But first he has a panic attack, then he starts getting nightmares that make him assume he's not good enough for me and I'm scared of what to expect next! I thought all of this was long in the past but it clearly isn't and I don't know what to do anymore!"
"You uh... You have to understand, Stevie," Thor said hesitantly. "No one here... really... needed a psychiatrist before. So we don't have much... Maybe if you and Tony traveled somewhere-"
"Don't you get it Thor?" Steve sighed. "We're trapped here. We're trapped in this island for god knows how many years and we won't be able to go anywhere till everyone forget about Tony! Which won't happen earlier then Nick dies and I can't see that happening any time soon... We didn't come here on our own free will you know. We ran here."
"Still though. Not the worst place to be trapped. I can see that the Sulani made Tony better - I do not understand why you worry so much!"
"Because one unkind person is all it takes," Steve whispered. "One unkind person... and all of Tony's improvements erase."
Thor sighed.
"We have Lily. She's a psychologist. Got a degree, license, all of that... She mostly works with children. I'll ask her but I cannot promise anything."
"Thanks," Steve nodded. "I really appreciate that."
Lilliana Kealoha, the only person on Sulani with an actual license and psychology degree, agreed to see Tony. So Steve set up an appointment for him at the Sulani health center. And Tony wasn't happy about that.
"I told you, I'm fine! I don't need this!"
"You're just going to talk, that's all..."
"Well I don't want to talk! I can talk to you, what's the difference?"
"Come on Steve, you're treating me like I'm sick! That incident at Mele's... it won't happen again, okay? I promise! I'm fine!"
"Tony, this isn't about what happened at Mele's... Well, not mostly, anyway. I'm worried about you in general," gently explained Steve. "And Lilliana might help us understand what you need..."
"I need everyone to stop treating me like I'm fragile," Tony muttered. "I'm not weak. I have bad days but I'm getting better. You know I'm getting better."
"No one says you're weak..."
"Then what's this?"
"This is just... Tony would you please just do it? For me?"
"Hi! I understand you came to see me?"
Looks like Lilliana grew tired of waiting for Tony and Steve to stop arguing and decided to come out herself.
"Yeah..."
"Okay then. Steve, you can check on us in an hour."
"Maybe I should stay..."
"Go. I'll be fine," Tony sighed.
Him and Lily walked in a bright and cozy room with lots of cute little details, obviously designed for children.
"Make yourself at home," Lilliana smiled. "You can call me Lilliana or Lily, however you like. Our session should take about an hour but if you start feeling uncomfortable and don't want to talk anymore, you can turn the clock hands to eight o'clock and leave early. That's what the children do."
"Alright."
"So tell me, Tony. Have you ever been to a therapist before?"
"I've been to a psychiatrist a few times. Doesn't matter though," Tony muttered. "I was fifteen last time and I always lied to them anyway."
"Why would you do that?"
"They only made me feel worse," replied Tony. "I'm used to dealing with problems on my own."
"Can you tell me why did they make you feel worse?"
"They take a little problem and turn it into a big problem and then I can't stop thinking about it. Besides, if they labeled me with something and the word got out, I would have problems in my career. No one wants a crazy actor. And I'm fine, honestly. I really don't see the point of sitting here and talking to you. No offence."
They both went quiet for a few minutes. Then they talked some more. Lily was a good psychologist. She asked questions but didn't push Tony to answer them. She switched to a different topic when she saw that Tony was uncomfortable with the previous one. Tony didn't even realise that she wasn't examining what he was saying. She was examining how he said it.
Eventually they hit the topic Steve was most worried about.
"Steve tells me you feel like you're not worth anything now that you're an actor... Do you get those thoughts often?"
"No," Tony muttered. "I mean sometimes. At night. But night time is weird in general, so it shouldn't be anything alarming."
"Weird? In what way?"
"Kids see monsters under beds, adults hear weird noises no one notices in daylight. Wolves howl, babies cry more often. Teenagers get lost in their thoughts. Writers suddenly get the urge to write. It's almost like we're programmed to sleep and start glitching if we don't. It's a weird time for everyone, I'm no different," Tony shrugged. "I got some bad thoughts at night but they were all gone by daylight."
He looked away.
"It did get worse after that... incident. I'm getting better but I get more thoughts now."
"What kind of thoughts?"
Tony sighed.
"There's this thing in my head... I wouldn't call it a voice. Just a thing. Makes me think that I don't deserve anything. And I used to tell myself that it isn't true. It used to work before. That thing went away. But after that woman... I-I guess something changed... I don't know... Whenever I tell myself that it isn't true I remember her and I get the feeling that it is. Steve told me that I shouldn't care about her but I just can't... I..."
"I'm sorry," he whispered, trying to hold back tears. "I told you it gets worse when I talk to someone..."
"Hey, how'd everything go-"
Steve looked down.
"Oh wow..."
"I didn't find anyone for Pepper... But other then that I think I'm done," said Tony, sounding way more calm then Steve expected.
"I can see that, very nice! Thank you, Tony."
"Would you give me and Steve a minute alone now?"
"Alright. Thanks for the session. It was... interesting."
"Everything fine honey?"
"Sure, sure."
"Okay seriously, how is he and how'd it go?" said Steve, a little surprised with everything he's seen.
"Better than you think," Lily smiled. "We had a bit of a rough start. At first I tried the general way I'd deal with an adult in this kind of situation. He closed off immediately. Looks like he doesn't believe in therapy."
"He's always been very sceptical about it... God, I've spent hours only trying to get him here! But how did you get along?"
"That's the interesting part... When I realised we won't be getting far, I decided to switch the tactic to how I would deal with a child. I gave him a box of crayons and suggested to draw his emotional state. That's when we clicked."
"Most adults are sceptical when drawing their emotional state. They either refuse to do so, either overdo it to the point where I can see them guessing what exactly should they draw. Tony drew just like a child would - he simply took a crayon and scribbled the first thing that came to mind, eagerly answering my questions in the process."
"Is... Is that a bad thing?"
"Of course not! People heal in different ways and need different approaches. Although it is quite fascinating and certainly something to think about."
"And what's that?.."
"I suggested him to take the toys we have here and try to portray him and the closest people to him. Most of the choices are pretty basic. He chose the bigger toys as you, Mele an Thor and placed them behind himself, like any child would place his parents. Then he took a few smaller toys for Peter and Morgan - in a child's situation those would most likely be pets or younger siblings."
"What interests me most is that although all of you are represented by living creatures made out of soft materials, he represented himself as a robot. He had a very hard time picking himself out, considered a few older toys, but this is what he eventually went for."
"About his panic attacks... I understand that Tony's physical and emotional state improved when you moved to Sulani, is that correct?"
"Yes. Especially after Morgan was born, the changes we all thought he made there were... well... too good to be real, I guess."
"Looks like Sulani became sort of a shield for Tony that blocked all of the pain he encountered living in Del Sol Valley. A safe place. Somewhere where the "bad guys" can't enter. And everyone being very gentle towards him, including you, obviously helped that. So no wonder that Tony suddenly began improving at such a quick pace, especially since he's used to deal with trauma alone and in a pretty unhappy environment."
"But then... this horrible excuse for a person walks in. And the whole idea of Sulani being a safe place is suddenly crushed in Tony's mind. He feels tricked and of course he doesn't want to fall into that trick again. Right now his mind is telling him that as soon as he relaxes and stops worrying, something bad is going to happen. In a safe environment, Tony is completely fine. Problem is, nothing in the world is safe. And the slightest sign of aggression towards him - he breaks. That's where the panic attacks come from."
"So... he's not okay."
"That's the first thing you should keep in mind. Tony had quite a traumatic life. We talked about his childhood, his career, his relationships... The only good he could remember were the people he surrounded himself with. You, Thor, Peter... Of course he isn't okay. But nobody's completely okay. That's life... That's why even on Sulani I'm needed quite often."
"But what if he encounters something like that again and has another panic attack..."
"The world isn't a nice place, Steve. We need to focus on helping Tony overcome his fears, not avoid them. Because in one way or another, he'll encounter something similar eventually..."
"Well what can I do to help him?"
"Right now? Just be a good partner. Ease up a bit, don't be so overprotective. Let him take some initiative. Don't forget to love him because he's quite the lovable guy! And relax - you're doing great. You've already got him this far on your own - that's worth a lot."

"No problem. Oh and also I expect to see him once a week here - no excuses!"
And life continued as usual. Except now besides Thor, Pepper and Mele there was also Lilliana in Starks's lives. They still had tons of visitors over every week.

Morgans room didn't end up next on the list though. Because the next room they remodelled the first floor bathroom! They had to sacrifice one toilet in the house but the bathtub was worth it. (awkward shots because the room is too tiny to take a normal one)
They also redid the walls and floors on the second floor bathroom because the previous tiles were so old it was only a matter of time till they collapsed.
But Morgan obviously needed her own room soon. She was getting bigger every day!
She already could stand up if she had some support. Tony found that cute but Steve was always worried she'll fall over.
She also has two front teeth now and her hair grew too (I know it's alpha CC and my game is mostly MM but there's literally no MM baby hair so I did what I had to do I'll give her MM hair when she ages up to a toddler.)
Tony and Steve still couldn't get over how cute she was.

I didn't actually apply to Uni before her programming skill was at least lvl 5, because then you're sure to get the distinguished degree. It's hard to measure levels as a freelancer, but she got a 950 Simolions signing bonus when taking the job, and the top gigs offered pays roughly 7000 for one day's work. Tho that also partly depends on your programming skill, not only degree.

Thanks again for your comments. Several people have suggested that Deli in my save become a mermaid. I thought of it too, but she’s such an analytical sim that I don’t know if she’ll go for it. There might not be time. She’s brooded over the pros/cons of being a vampire forever and she’s still not finished with that.
Honestly, I don’t know much about occults. I’ve had the Sims since the beginning, but this is my first time playing with vampires. I’ve never played with any occults before except I created a PlantSim once in Sims 2, but that was about as far as that got, and in the Sims 3, I had 3 witches (a couple and their child). I’ve never touched aliens or anything else. I’m slowly opening my mind.
@AlwaysAsking Thank you for addressing my many questions, but I already have another. Is it Mary-Alice or Mary Alice? Either way, it’s a fitting name for a pure and self-sacrificing sim.
I’m very invested in what will happen to Don and Thorne. I don’t like what Don did, but I can understand it. It happened a long time ago. He was young and selfish and dumb. I think he deserves to be punished, but not like this.
I’m looking forward to seeing more of what Thorne’s up to because I don’t understand him at all. If Mary Alice is pure-hearted, then abusing Don in this way is not for her as she wouldn’t want that to happen to anyone?!? I think Thorne abused Don because he’s an evil sadist who wants to hurt someone badly and he’s using Mary Alice as an excuse to do just that. Ironically or not, Thorne is talented at hurting those he pretends to support (first Don, now Mary Alice through his “revenge,” and soon the baby—purposely traumatizing the other parent hurts the child).
In my save, there are many things that have yet to be explained. Adelise’s situation is one of them. Part of it is that I started posting here four generations in (five if Asher/Adelise count as 1). While it’s nice that this creates some mystery, it’s also confusing so I’m trying to slowly flesh things out as I go along. But I will say that their relationship was arranged.
I know Asher is irritating. 😊 But I’m trying to be careful with him because everything revolves around him and he doesn’t have any real heirs. So for the time being his bad behavior can only go so far; it shouldn’t get to the point where everyone agrees that he’s unredeemable.
Thanks for your comments about the new home! It’s currently in the San Myshuno park, but I may move it. I picked that lot because it’s big and there’s a playground and other things nearby. I use a lot of CC and a lot of objects in general. The spiral roofs are largely made with CC. My hope is to add as much detail as possible without causing my computer problems.
Fier Legacy Update -
Intro & Recent Past Posts in Spoiler
“Townie” Star Broke had, or at least had had a crush on Asher Fier. He seemed hardworking and was stupidly charismatic. Thus, ages ago, when she was young, she agreed to become a surrogate mother for Asher and Adelise. Adelise loved children, but Asher wanted more than she cared to be pregnant with, so while she would have preferred adoption, she was okay with surrogacy as she knew he had some unique abilities he was looking to pass on.
Perhaps sadly and despite not knowing him well (at all!), Star spent most of her years pining over Asher, as she seemed to hope he would leave Adelise and live with her… But since she was naturally unflirty, hated the thought of confessing, and never dared to do anything, much less ask Asher to divorce Adelise, she never made any progress. She didn’t even achieve disillusionment.
Before she knew it, she'd entered her twilight years. She didn’t have other relatives to live with and as she was Dawn and Dysis’ biological mother, she moved in with the Fiers.
They were glad to have her as none of them wanted to hear that the girls' bio mom died lonely and poor.
The three girls (Dawn, Deli (not pictured), and Dysis (not pictured)) still had a few days before their first university term began, so the family as a whole was still in vacation mode, but maybe not so much perfectionist Deli and ambitious Dysis. Dawn, though, was enjoying life as pictured above.
The next day, Deli wanted to get ahead so she got her course books early, and before the sun rose and before she even dressed, she went to her favorite spot on the deck to begin her homework.
As the sun was rising, her sister, Dyna, and her mother, Adelise, came to join her. After the sun rose, the three of them were still there. Deli was extremely uncomfortable and on fire, but trying to ignore it because the weather was beautiful and she wanted to be outside. Adelise forced a smile as she knew drawing attention to an obvious problem wouldn’t help—her daughter would go inside by herself soon, surely.
Dyna also tried not to say anything because vampirism and the sun were sensitive topics for Deli, but she couldn’t fake a smile. Instead, she stared at her journal, praying her sister would go inside and not just die.
Deli did go inside and she was fine, but the incident was enough to unnerve Adelise even though she was prepared for the worst sort accidents. If the Reaper came for one of her children early, she’d see that he resurrect that child immediately. This was the sort of thing that made Adelise glad to be old. The experience one gained after living more than a century was useful.
Adelise was a bit fed up at the moment, though. She went to the bar, whipped up a Sunlight Reversal Cocktail (again, more than 100 years of life gave her many skills in many things) and gave it to her daughter.
Adelise: Drink this and get dressed. Everyone’s going to the Ohan’ali Town beach. Also—I’ve never said this before and you’ll never hear me say this again, but put your homework away.
As can be observed in the background above, poor Dawn came down with something again and needed to take medicine.
They went out.
Asher and Adelise tried to bond more with their youngest, who was still a teen, so the trio fished together.
Asher and Adelise might be ancient and have skills in many things, but they’re both trash at fishing. None of them caught anything worth noting, but they had fun and an interesting conversation.
Dysis and Deli opted to swim. Deli was actually happy about it and sauntered around stoked: she was at the beach in the sun. It was totally her thing.
Dysis wondered if she should be studying. She couldn’t stay up all night like Deli and she knew that the better her grades, the better her chances of landing a great job after graduation.
Darius missed the outing because he had scouts. His scouting meeting inspired him to try grilling again as he really needed that Outdoor Adventurer badge. When everyone returned in a few minutes, he’d be ready to surprise them with perfectly grilled fruit.
He inspected things closely, but had a feeling that something might be slightly off.
Just close the lid and back away? Last time, that hadn’t worked, but now surely …
Nope, fire! Darius ran inside while his mother and sister ran out.
After the grill was ruined, Darius attempted to put the fire out.
Dawn was annoyed as she’d seen him close the lid and run away. This was the second time this had happened. Hadn’t he learned to use the extinguisher?
Watching Darius struggle and always willing to help her twin, Dyna grabbed another fire extinguisher to assist him.
Luckily, the only thing lost was the grill.

It's 3:30 in the afternoon here, but some of you have already moved on to the 15th, lol. It's great how there are so many people, from so many places, and we all get along, and have fun together! I want to thank all of you for the great times and all the support you give me!
Then I'm going to say Happy Valentine's Day through my favorite couple in the world: Ian and Lawrence!
Their story began at the Romance Festival, I'd taken my new sim (Lorenzo Dantes - a Maxis Fav) to the festival, and it was the first one I'd gone to. A sim I'd made myself, Ian Derkins, came walking past wearing a suit I would never put on him! (he's a Marine Sargent in my backstory for him - and would never wear a suit like that!) I had just purchased City Living, and knew nothing about situational outfits.
I had no idea what was going on, so I had Lawrence (I'd renamed Lorenzo) go and talk to him. I also had no idea what the tea did, and when they quickly fell in love, I figured it was fate
It turns out that I was right, they've always been perfect together, and it was the best luck I've ever had in my game!
The story unfolded in my mind as I watched them, and roughly it goes like this. They sit down to talk, and Ian tells Lawrence why he's wearing the suit. It involves taking pictures of himself, and Lawrence volunteers to take them for him.

They have a great time together, and build their green bar quickly, and a bit of pink as well.
Ian doesn't know how to send the pictures electronically, and Lawrence volunteers to come to his house the next day to help him do it.
The rest ... as they say, is history
My favorite thing is to watch them together autonomously, when I'm playing as someone else.

As for @Becka28 's sims, I can tell you their story. She had a townie in her game that she called "Fake Ian" (as in my sim Ian) because her's (Colton) resembled my Ian. Colton got to a point that he was looking so sad (MCCC never married him off) I suggested that she should go grab Lawrence /Lorenzo from the gallery, and see if they are as cute together as mine are.
She couldn't find the original Lorenzo, but she found one that had gotten older (someone else reuploaded him) and she grabbed him. She says Fake Ian should have a Fake Lawrence anyway!

Jamey was still quite wound up and Sarah Jane was unsure of just what he'd gotten into but the tyke needed a bath. And, oh my, was he ever exuberant.
After his bath he was put to bed. John was right there to tuck in his wee sons. After such a day, and the nice bath, Jamey went right to sleep.

It was very hard to watch Travis treat Steve like that. But Steve is so smart about it. It's not easy to say "when one door closes, another one opens" when the closing is happening. Looking back you can see the good in it, fate even. But at the time I'm sure Steve would have given anything for it to stop.
You have to be mature to not hold on to hate, and it appears that Steve didn't. He's a good man. (Unlike Thorne)
Anyway, I can't quite get all of it, unless the star gazing is simply part of Steve wishing he could teach Tony to be stronger, and that the bears are a good representation of their family.

You think Cassandra has executive dysfunction? I've barely ever played her. She got gloomy now and then, but nothing I couldn't pull her out of. But she strikes you as disorganized? Those symptoms overlap with ADHD so much that I generally think that's what someone has. And everything involved with it is so difficult to manage. I feel so sorry for my little ADHD girl who works so much harder than everyone else to excel, and she does! She got a rl A+ gpa last semester at her university!
Sophia starts as level 8 guitar! 😳 That's wonderful! Those kind of things don't seem to happen that often.
Although I opened a new save last week just to get brand new copies of the original families, and found out that Diego Lobo has level 8 comedy skill! I can't figure out if it was a glitch. Why is he being a critic then? Clearly he should be an entertainer.

I guess Thorne could be considered a coward too. I see your point. But he isn't being underhanded like that because he's afraid (of retribution or being stopped or whatever). He's doing it completely purposefully. He wants Don to suffer for as long as Mary Alice did, so a swift kick isn't going to be enough for him.
As for me being masterful at plot twists, I believe you already read the only actual big one. I guess there are surprises here and there, but not like Chapter 21 😉

Billie was really fun, since orange and yellow are my favourite colours and I could just pick a whole lot of fun outfits for a brightly-coloured extravert! They're both CC, alas. Don't recall where off the top of my head, but when I next pop in-game, I'll save the household and check with S4TI. The formal outfit is actually a two-parter, a dress and an accessory undershirt. Lucas was fun to dress, I was basically going, "Okay, how many plant-themed outfits do I have...?" XD It could have been something other than Hot-Headed, it was more I abjectly refused to have him be vegetarian ;D I felt personally slighted, honestly! (I'm vegan.) Not 100% sure when the other kids have their birthdays! And yeah, there's six toddlers, including the Curious kids - Nani Kealoha, Evie Delgato, and the Bheeda twins. I ended up shuffling a lot of the ages around when I set everyone up, so I'm not sure when, exactly.
For Cass, that's more headcanon, honestly. In lieu of actual mental illness being represented in-game, I tend to interpret 'gloomy' as 'has depression', and that comes with executive dysfunction a lot. And yeah, it's fun XD;; I have depression and anxiety, and am autistic and possibly ADHD (I don't have a diagnosis for the latter, but I fit the criteria), so. It is a thing XD;; Congrats to your daughter! Sofia starts with high guitar skills and Diego with comedy, yeah! Comedy does seem like a weird option for him, honestly XD I can see him and Johnny having a slight friendly rivalry in my game!

I agree with ryttu3k. It's your game. Play it how you want to. Save them as a family in your library so you can play it out again someday. In the meantime, go to edit mode and click delete. I know it sounds awful. But you'll know you still have her in your library for another time.
Other option: age her to young adult, and move her out. Ada is a fairy. They are nearly immortal. They live thousands of years, at least. She can have a grown daughter. And then you'll have a beautiful young woman in your game! Just don't let Don near her 😁

You're misunderstanding what I mean when I call Thorne a coward. I do not equate fear with cowardice. A person can be afraid and still choose a moral action. A coward chooses a sly action to take vengeance on someone, especially using deceit. Worse, if they deliberately deceive the victim in order to gain their confidence, their trust, so as to make the harm done, that much greater.
That is why the "confidence man" (aka conman) is the lowest of criminals. Because it isn't enough for them to simply mug someone with open aggression, or sneak in to steal from them when they aren't home...the con man seduces, forms emotional connections that are false, purposely to manipulate the loyalties and trust of another in order to do the most harm.
Don did not purposely set out to deceive that girl into believing in him, so as to make it hurt worse when he betrayed her. He didn't even know, and she didn't tell him. She should have. If she was afraid, she still should have: that would have been the brave and aboveboard thing to do: the honest thing. At least she didn't then go and do evil. Thorne, however, did great evil with great cowardice, because he plotted revenge in cold blood in a most conniving and underhanded manner, instead of openly addressing the grievance and giving the other party a fair chance to make retribution. I dare say Thorne didn't even want there to be a chance of retribution as it would deprive him of the sadistic thrill of what he had planned.
Edited to add: I don't condemn anyone for having or playing an evil, or spineless, or conniving, Sim. I have evil Sims in my games too and play around with moral questions in my stories. I could just never bring myself to cheer on a wicked manipulator no matter what their grievance was against someone. Challenge them to a fight? Sure. Have it out in the open air? Yes. But sneakily corrupt someone psychologically from the inside out, on purpose? Heck no, that's down there with Hannibal Lecter.

@Nushnushganay I think this is such an interesting perspective, but I don't think it's fair to say that all manipulative behavior/poison is cowardly. I can't stand Thorne, either. But if Rosalie were to poison Xander or to manipulate him into thinking she still likes him and just disappear, I would applaud her.
It would be unfair to expect her to have an "honest" confrontation with him given their strength difference. She'd probably only be beaten and put her/her children in a worse position. People who are physically disadvantaged should be able to play to their strengths too. Acknowledging that you're weaker in some ways and using other tactics doesn't make you a coward, it makes you smart and more likely to accomplish your goals. Lying and manipulating someone to get out of a dangerous situation shouldn't necessarily be considered worse than confronting if realistically the chances of the confrontation going well are slim. Otherwise, obviously more men will be able to claim honesty while lots of women will be cowards by default because they don't have a real option of confrontation.
Anyway, I'm slowly working my way through The Legend of Forgotten Hollow and I'm enjoying it so far. I like how thoughtful it is.

"Look, before we moved here, I didn't even think we'd have any kind of a relationship again. I didn't think we would have another child... But Tony's my husband now. We have a family. I thought he was getting better... But first he has a panic attack, then he starts getting nightmares that make him assume he's not good enough for me and I'm scared of what to expect next! I thought all of this was long in the past but it clearly isn't and I don't know what to do anymore!"
"You uh... You have to understand, Stevie," Thor said hesitantly. "No one here... really... needed a psychiatrist before. So we don't have much... Maybe if you and Tony traveled somewhere-"
"Don't you get it Thor?" Steve sighed. "We're trapped here. We're trapped in this island for god knows how many years and we won't be able to go anywhere till everyone forget about Tony! Which won't happen earlier then Nick dies and I can't see that happening any time soon... We didn't come here on our own free will you know. We ran here."
"Still though. Not the worst place to be trapped. I can see that the Sulani made Tony better - I do not understand why you worry so much!"
"Because one unkind person is all it takes," Steve whispered. "One unkind person... and all of Tony's improvements erase."
Thor sighed.
"We have Lily. She's a psychologist. Got a degree, license, all of that... She mostly works with children. I'll ask her but I cannot promise anything."
"Thanks," Steve nodded. "I really appreciate that."
Lilliana Kealoha, the only person on Sulani with an actual license and psychology degree, agreed to see Tony. So Steve set up an appointment for him at the Sulani health center. And Tony wasn't happy about that.
"I told you, I'm fine! I don't need this!"
"You're just going to talk, that's all..."
"Well I don't want to talk! I can talk to you, what's the difference?"
"Come on Steve, you're treating me like I'm sick! That incident at Mele's... it won't happen again, okay? I promise! I'm fine!"
"Tony, this isn't about what happened at Mele's... Well, not mostly, anyway. I'm worried about you in general," gently explained Steve. "And Lilliana might help us understand what you need..."
"I need everyone to stop treating me like I'm fragile," Tony muttered. "I'm not weak. I have bad days but I'm getting better. You know I'm getting better."
"No one says you're weak..."
"Then what's this?"
"This is just... Tony would you please just do it? For me?"
"Hi! I understand you came to see me?"
Looks like Lilliana grew tired of waiting for Tony and Steve to stop arguing and decided to come out herself.
"Yeah..."
"Okay then. Steve, you can check on us in an hour."
"Maybe I should stay..."
"Go. I'll be fine," Tony sighed.
Him and Lily walked in a bright and cozy room with lots of cute little details, obviously designed for children.
"Make yourself at home," Lilliana smiled. "You can call me Lilliana or Lily, however you like. Our session should take about an hour but if you start feeling uncomfortable and don't want to talk anymore, you can turn the clock hands to eight o'clock and leave early. That's what the children do."
"Alright."
"So tell me, Tony. Have you ever been to a therapist before?"
"I've been to a psychiatrist a few times. Doesn't matter though," Tony muttered. "I was fifteen last time and I always lied to them anyway."
"Why would you do that?"
"They only made me feel worse," replied Tony. "I'm used to dealing with problems on my own."
"Can you tell me why did they make you feel worse?"
"They take a little problem and turn it into a big problem and then I can't stop thinking about it. Besides, if they labeled me with something and the word got out, I would have problems in my career. No one wants a crazy actor. And I'm fine, honestly. I really don't see the point of sitting here and talking to you. No offence."
They both went quiet for a few minutes. Then they talked some more. Lily was a good psychologist. She asked questions but didn't push Tony to answer them. She switched to a different topic when she saw that Tony was uncomfortable with the previous one. Tony didn't even realise that she wasn't examining what he was saying. She was examining how he said it.
Eventually they hit the topic Steve was most worried about.
"Steve tells me you feel like you're not worth anything now that you're an actor... Do you get those thoughts often?"
"No," Tony muttered. "I mean sometimes. At night. But night time is weird in general, so it shouldn't be anything alarming."
"Weird? In what way?"
"Kids see monsters under beds, adults hear weird noises no one notices in daylight. Wolves howl, babies cry more often. Teenagers get lost in their thoughts. Writers suddenly get the urge to write. It's almost like we're programmed to sleep and start glitching if we don't. It's a weird time for everyone, I'm no different," Tony shrugged. "I got some bad thoughts at night but they were all gone by daylight."
He looked away.
"It did get worse after that... incident. I'm getting better but I get more thoughts now."
"What kind of thoughts?"
Tony sighed.
"There's this thing in my head... I wouldn't call it a voice. Just a thing. Makes me think that I don't deserve anything. And I used to tell myself that it isn't true. It used to work before. That thing went away. But after that woman... I-I guess something changed... I don't know... Whenever I tell myself that it isn't true I remember her and I get the feeling that it is. Steve told me that I shouldn't care about her but I just can't... I..."
"I'm sorry," he whispered, trying to hold back tears. "I told you it gets worse when I talk to someone..."
"Hey, how'd everything go-"
Steve looked down.
"Oh wow..."
"I didn't find anyone for Pepper... But other then that I think I'm done," said Tony, sounding way more calm then Steve expected.
"I can see that, very nice! Thank you, Tony."
"Would you give me and Steve a minute alone now?"
"Alright. Thanks for the session. It was... interesting."
"Everything fine honey?"
"Sure, sure."
"Okay seriously, how is he and how'd it go?" said Steve, a little surprised with everything he's seen.
"Better than you think," Lily smiled. "We had a bit of a rough start. At first I tried the general way I'd deal with an adult in this kind of situation. He closed off immediately. Looks like he doesn't believe in therapy."
"He's always been very sceptical about it... God, I've spent hours only trying to get him here! But how did you get along?"
"That's the interesting part... When I realised we won't be getting far, I decided to switch the tactic to how I would deal with a child. I gave him a box of crayons and suggested to draw his emotional state. That's when we clicked."
"Most adults are sceptical when drawing their emotional state. They either refuse to do so, either overdo it to the point where I can see them guessing what exactly should they draw. Tony drew just like a child would - he simply took a crayon and scribbled the first thing that came to mind, eagerly answering my questions in the process."
"Is... Is that a bad thing?"
"Of course not! People heal in different ways and need different approaches. Although it is quite fascinating and certainly something to think about."
"And what's that?.."
"I suggested him to take the toys we have here and try to portray him and the closest people to him. Most of the choices are pretty basic. He chose the bigger toys as you, Mele an Thor and placed them behind himself, like any child would place his parents. Then he took a few smaller toys for Peter and Morgan - in a child's situation those would most likely be pets or younger siblings."
"What interests me most is that although all of you are represented by living creatures made out of soft materials, he represented himself as a robot. He had a very hard time picking himself out, considered a few older toys, but this is what he eventually went for."
"About his panic attacks... I understand that Tony's physical and emotional state improved when you moved to Sulani, is that correct?"
"Yes. Especially after Morgan was born, the changes we all thought he made there were... well... too good to be real, I guess."
"Looks like Sulani became sort of a shield for Tony that blocked all of the pain he encountered living in Del Sol Valley. A safe place. Somewhere where the "bad guys" can't enter. And everyone being very gentle towards him, including you, obviously helped that. So no wonder that Tony suddenly began improving at such a quick pace, especially since he's used to deal with trauma alone and in a pretty unhappy environment."
"But then... this horrible excuse for a person walks in. And the whole idea of Sulani being a safe place is suddenly crushed in Tony's mind. He feels tricked and of course he doesn't want to fall into that trick again. Right now his mind is telling him that as soon as he relaxes and stops worrying, something bad is going to happen. In a safe environment, Tony is completely fine. Problem is, nothing in the world is safe. And the slightest sign of aggression towards him - he breaks. That's where the panic attacks come from."
"So... he's not okay."
"That's the first thing you should keep in mind. Tony had quite a traumatic life. We talked about his childhood, his career, his relationships... The only good he could remember were the people he surrounded himself with. You, Thor, Peter... Of course he isn't okay. But nobody's completely okay. That's life... That's why even on Sulani I'm needed quite often."
"But what if he encounters something like that again and has another panic attack..."
"The world isn't a nice place, Steve. We need to focus on helping Tony overcome his fears, not avoid them. Because in one way or another, he'll encounter something similar eventually..."
"Well what can I do to help him?"
"Right now? Just be a good partner. Ease up a bit, don't be so overprotective. Let him take some initiative. Don't forget to love him because he's quite the lovable guy! And relax - you're doing great. You've already got him this far on your own - that's worth a lot."
"Thanks, Lily."
"No problem. Oh and also I expect to see him once a week here - no excuses!"
And life continued as usual. Except now besides Thor, Pepper and Mele there was also Lilliana in Starks's lives. They still had tons of visitors over every week.
Tony's woodworking was still as successful then ever. He even started getting full-on orders!

"Simple engineering skills? Very useful in the future!"

Steve still practiced his piano skills, almost reaching level ten.
Oh yes, you may have noticed that they finally finished the living room.
"So, what next? Kitchen? Dining room? That boring hallway upstairs?"
"Steve, we have two children who need rooms too... Peter's been waiting for how many months now?"
"Nahhh. Don't mind me. Make Morgie-Porgie a Star Wars themed bedroom and my soul will be happy."
"Peter, it's obviously not going to be Star Wars..."
"Okay I know you're sick of me always taking about Star Wars. Harry Potter instead? She could be a little witch! But then I gotta make her a new nickname... Morgie-AlbusDumbledorgie?"
"Dadadaaaa..."
"Nah, too long... FrednGeorgie..."

"She likes FrednGeorgie. Morgie-FrednGeorgie. We gotta paint you ginger and get you a twin!"

Morgans room didn't end up next on the list though. Because the next room they remodelled the first floor bathroom! They had to sacrifice one toilet in the house but the bathtub was worth it. (awkward shots because the room is too tiny to take a normal one)
They also redid the walls and floors on the second floor bathroom because the previous tiles were so old it was only a matter of time till they collapsed.
But Morgan obviously needed her own room soon. She was getting bigger every day!
She already could stand up if she had some support. Tony found that cute but Steve was always worried she'll fall over.
She also has two front teeth now and her hair grew too
Tony and Steve still couldn't get over how cute she was.
