Kitchen:
1.Undercounter fridge
2. Built-in fridge (because freestanding fridges look ugly to me sorry :( )
3. Appliance cabinet (to store all the appliances and save counter space)
4. Functional wine/nectar rack (Because I dont know how functional the ones in DO are)
5. Induction hobs

Study:
1. More bookcases- especially small/ 1 tile ones (Please! we need this already)
2. More computers/ Laptops
3. Shelves that actually hold stuff other than absolutely tiny clutter objects

Living Room:
4. More TV stands (Currently we have just 3 in the game)
5. Cushions for Sofas
6. L-shaped sofas
7. Chaise/ Day-bed
8. Not exact buy mode but I would like the love seat interactions to be added to 3 seater sofas/ beds/ any place where two sims are sitting next to each other

Bedroom/Closet:
1. More beds already please.
2. Bunk bed
3. Murphy bed
4. Clothes chest
5. More 1 tile dressers
6. Vanity

Bathroom
1. Larger/ more luxurious looking bathtubs
2. Shower panels to create larger, example, two tiled showers
3. Showers with steam function
4. Smaller (ex, 2x2) hot tubes

Recreation/Skills
2. All in one board game table
3. Portable Chess/card set
4. Drums, Trumpet/Flute

Build Mode:
1. Ladder (major space saver)
2. Spiral Staircase
3. Wall placement at half-tile
4. Constrain floor elevation
5. Shallower swimming pools (I know sims dont drown bu the depth of swimming pools in the game scares me :( )
6. Return of pool-side bars
7. Atleast some options of curved walls, like those that exist for decks. Also the ability to place atleast some doors/gates on them.

.....What else?

Elevators. I'm working on a build right now and stairs are just not working for me.

Totally agree! All those! I want mini fridges (which may have been what you referred to, I'm not sure) and also better roofing options, like an octagon shape at least. :)
Live, laugh and love. Life's too short not to.

I agree! I would also like to see rooms under a roof, like an attic, with dormers and more thatched roofs that are actually realistic. In addition I also want more iron fences.
Not so obsessed anymore with building in TS4!

THIS IS PROBABLY NOT IN THE RIGHT SPOT, BUT I'M NOT SURE WHERE TO POST MY IDEA.

So in buy mode we have the drop down bar that shows:

    Comfort
    Surfaces
    Plumbing
    Activities and Skills
    Decorations
    Pets
    ETC...

Then when you click a category, for example, decorations, you get a bunch of sub buttons like:

    Plants
    Wall Hangings
    Mirrors
    Curtains
    Sculptures
    Ceiling Decorations
    ETC...

I think it would help sort out Holiday items if in the initial drop down menus with the Comfort, Surfaces, Plumbing, ETC... they added a "Holiday" button. so It might look Something like:

    Comfort
    Surfaces
    Plumbing
    Activities and Skills
    Decorations
    Holiday
    ETC...

Then when you clicked on "Holiday," You would have a few sub buttons for some of the major holidays like:

Leisure day (Brought back from Sims 3, I believe it's a play on Labor Day?)
    Spooky Day
    Harvestfest
    Winterfest
    Love Day
    New Years Eve (Maybe?)

Then when you click on one of those buttons you get decorations and items SPECIFICALLY for that holiday, and it would make decorating for each holiday easier, and not take as much time because you aren't spending a lot of time LOOKING for an item.

I think it would be epic to get some new cabinets that are more plain. I use them for decorating in lots of rooms other than the kitchen, but some of the cabinets have dishes in them, so you can't use them. It leaves only around 4 options if you don't want to see inside of them (I don't own every pack). It would be cool to have different heights of fridges as well. I always find them to look tiny with medium or tall walls.
