Brazilian Beach Starter home looks very nice! The design of the build looks great! Very nice curtained open entrance to the interior! The wraparound decking looks great! Nice outdoors dining area for sims to enjoy cooking meals on the grill and eating the food at the table in the sunshine. They will enjoy sitting on the log seats around the firepit toasting food and chatting. Very nice sitting areas on the deck. The pool area is great! Sims will have fun swimming in the pool, enjoying laying on the towel, or enjoy sitting at the umbrella covered table in the sunshine. They will enjoy listening to music from the DJ booth or enjoy playing the guitar.

Brazilian Modest Starter is a very nice home ! Very nice exterior design of the build! The rooftop patio with the umbrella is great! Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the seat in the sunshine listening to radio music. The blue colour of the exterior walls looks nice. It is great that there is a row of fruit tres along the front of the lot. The front windows balcony looks nice. The plants are nice touches of nature on the balcony. Very nice interior of the home. The living room area is very nice! It looks nice how the sofas are joined together to create a corner seating. Sims will enjoy sitting resting there watching tv. The paintings on the wall look very nice! Very nice study desk nook! She will enjoy sitting at the desk table using the computer or reading a book, and the postcards notice board is a great travelling touch on the wall. The photos of the home on wall is a very nice touch! The books look great on the desk table. Nice window art nook for sims to look outdoors at the views whilst painting on the easel.

The Small Edgy Mansion looks very nice! Very nice Modern design of the exterior! The different shapes of the sections of the exterior look great ! The car port looks great. Very nice bsck patio pool, bar and outdoors dining areas! Sims will enjoy cooking meals on the BBQ and eating the meals in the outdoors air at the umbrella covered table. It is nice that there is a bar area for sims to enjoy having a drink from the bar with their meal. The outdoors living loungers corner nook is very nice! Sims will enjoy relaxing there are the shade of the umbrella. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The blue and white colour scheme of the interior looks very nice! Very nice sofa and armchairs sitting area for sims to rest, listen to music from the wall speakers and chat. The candles are a nice touch on the coffee table. The flowers on the dining table are nice for sims to see when eating a meal. Very nice master bedroom. The pictures on the walls add a great look to the room. It is nice that the pool is both indoors and outside. The treadmill nook is great!

Very nice layout of Spacious Family Starter! The design and shape of the bulld looks great! Very nice slanted roofing. The furnishing of the interior looks very nice! It looks very nice the way the master bedroom leads off to an open door to the outdoors upper balcony. Sims will enjoy looking out from the balcony and seeing views. Very nice living room sitting area. Sims will enjoy resting on the sofa or armchair watching tv and listening to radio music on the music player, near the fireplace. They will enjoy the sunlight coming in through the windows. The plants and the picture on the wall are nice touches in the window nook area. The rose and plant look nice on the fireplace ledge. The shoes rack is homely in the build. Very nice kids room! The teddy loks cute ! The jigsaw floor patterning is colourfully nice! The bunk bed is great! The kids will enjoy doing experiments on the science table. Nice window study desk nook for the doctor to enjoy looking outdoors through the windows whilst using the computer. The kitchen wall tiling is nice and the simstagram food picture on the dining area wall looks great!
Industrial Starter Loft is very nice! Very nice layout and furnishing of the room! It looks great! The brick texture of the walls gives a great industrial look to the room! The red, white and black colour scheme of the room looks very nice. The upper bunk bed looks great! It is nice that there is a bookcase on the side wall for sims to watch tv. It looks great that the tv watching nook is under the bunk bed! Sims will enjoy relaxing on the sofa watching tv and listening to music from the music player . Very nice kitchen nook! The simstagram pictures on the wall are a nice touch in this room also. It is nice that there is a bar there for sims to have a drink whilst watching tv. Very nice computer study desk alcove ! The clothes and shoes look great there! Sims will enjoy sitting at the table using the computer. The white colour of the bathroom walls looks great. Nice clothes dressr and mirror nook.
The design of the room to fit in all the areas and features looks very great!

Rio Olympics is such a very nice build! The design and layout of the build looks so very great! Each of the buildings look very nice! It is so very creatively designed ! The statue on the roofing patio looks very nice! The greenery, trees and plants on the edging of the roof patio area looks very nice. It is nice that there is a restaurant in the build. Sims will enjoy dining there. The awnings are a nice touch over the restaurant windows. The patterned paving on the edge of the side of the lot looks very nice!

As you may have guessed by now, I love building starter homes

A couple of days ago, a fellow simmer asked me to build a starter for her family (3 sims) and the budget was 8,000 simoleons. It was so challenging and I am very pleased with the result. What do you say?

Purple Starter under 8k is very nice! It is great that you have been able to build it for under 8000 simoleons! The shape and layout of the build looks very nice! The purple colour of the exterior walls gives a great look to the home. Very nice roof covered front entrance to the home. Very nice interior of the home! The white colour of the walls looks very nice with the purple colour of the exterior. The white kitchen wall tiling looks nice. The food picture is a great touch on the kitchen wall for sims to see when cooking or enjoying eating a meal at the table. The pink colour of the kitchen counters looks nice with the wall tiling. Sims will enjoy resting on the sofa watching tv. The pink colour scheme of the girls bedroom looks pretty! The pictures are very nice touches on the bedroom walls.

I was requested to build a homeless hideout for a sim where he/she could satisfy basic needs.

First, I thought it would be easy, but there were two restrictions:

1. only "base game" and "get to work" allowed
2. within a starter budget

The second restriction was not a problem, but it would have been much more realistic if I could have used a tent, a campfire or the woohoo bush... Nevertheless I think it turned out OK as a neglected park...

Homeless Hideout looks great! It is a great park bulld for a homeless sim to live! The plants look great placed around the edges of the pond and the type of plants used suits well the theme of the build. Very nice grill and picnic table area for sims to enjoy cooking meals on the grill and eating meals at the table. It is great that there is a seat bench there for the sim to sleep on. The ground lights either end of the seat bench look great. Very nice texture of the pathways beside the pond! The trees and plants in the build look very great! It is great that there are harvest trees for the sims to harvest for coking food,
It is a very nice place for a homeless sim to live
