Ultimate Collection graphic issues and lag?

Greetings.

I just installed the Ultimate Collection and something is wrong. The game seems to be a bit laggy, the screen is very small (800x600 resolution and I have no options to change it) the graphics is very pixelated and there is a big black square underneath them that follows them around when they walk around.

I am assuming this is a compatibility issues in terms of graphic card and CPU. I run Windows 10, with NVIDIA GTX 770 and Intel Core 7i, which came out after the game was released so I guess it can't identify the specs I run. Sadly I have no clue how to fix this, tried to look on google but they only offered solutions to integrated cards. Any help would be appreciated

Download the graphics rules maker, that will take care of most of your issues.

Already tried the GRM, did not work. Got it fixed by EA support, tho it was all they could fix.

Did not know there was a mod for the black box tho, thanks!

Have some problem with lagginess at the moment but yeah.

Awe sorry. Do you have smooth edges all the way on high? If not that could be a cause for some laggyness. You are welcome for the mod.

Yes I do, will try to fiddle around with it and see what happens.
