CAS Issue with head shapes not appearing

Every other section appears and works just fine but when I select the tab for head shapes there's nothing but the blue box or whatever you'd like to call it. Has anyone had this problem and figured out how to fix it? I'm running windows 10 on an asus laptop if that helps.

That happens when you have custom skin in game. All the head shapes are different depending on what skin you choose, so if you have custom skin, it has nothing in file to display. The way to work around it is to pick a maxis skin, select a head, shape and fix up as you like, and THEN pick out a custom skin for them. Then presto! Your sim is good to go.
