Unable to add ghost to household

So I had an elder couple but decided to play a different household for a little while. I forgot I had lifespan on normal so when I went back to play them, both of them had died I thought I would add them to another household as ghosts so I could play them more since I didn't get chance to but there are no tombstones or urns in their house so I have no idea how to get them back. They're still in the relationship panel. I tried recreating them in cas but i can't edit the relationships with their family as the originals are still in the world.

So how do i bring them into my household without a tombstone

I haven't seen them around town as ghosts and doubt they would appear on their home lot since there's no tombstone

Try going to the bar on Ghosts night and see if they appear then. Ghost night is on Wednesdays.
