Arguing with some people about weight loss.
Gosh ı hate Facebook Community so much.I just stated that ''As a person who lost 20 kg in a one year with determination and patience losing weight is not something hard both for men and women.''I didnt wrote that number because ı wanted attention.I wrote it cause ı wanted to support my thoughts about weight loss.But then people started to comment like ''Losing 20 kg in a year is not something important.I lost 60-70 kg in just 10 months.You are exaggerating it.'' Then another one ''20 kg for a year ? Losing 20 kg in a year is not determination.You are lazy''

Weight loss process is not same for everybody and these people do not understand this.You might have lost 60 kg in 10 month and ı congratulate you for caring your health and losing weight but that does not mean that you have right to criticize my weight loss process.And comparing these ''number'' is not but being childish.
