    How can I follow my sim without having to keep clicking?

      Right click on their portrait on the bottom left of your screen.

      Right click on the sim portrait and the camera will follow them

      You can either right click the huge portrait of them (the one where it shows you their current emotion) or their skewer (the small icons of their heads). Either one works.

      I think you can right click on the actual sim as well, but I could be wrong.

      This is off topic but the answer is either yes or no. Yes, if that club member is in your active household, and no if you can't control them as non-controllable sims tend to follow the club rules carefully as far as I've seen in my game.
